i have stayed at this hotel about 4 times and really love it it is so handy to the centre and the staff are very good and can speak very good english so next time i g to cannes ill be staying there again.
nothing thats why we keep going back
balcony, kindness of staff, close to city center
Quiet room at the back of the hotel, good that there was a balcony, parking facilities appreciated, nice to be able to make coffee/tea in the room.
The elevator was old, small and very slow. It was also the only way to access the rooms. (I like to use the stairs when possible). I did not like carpet flooring in the room - it is not clean.
the rooms were cleaned everyday regularly and staff friendly. hotel was warm.
location was a bit further from the palais than i would have liked
- Cold room. But the truth is that we didn't try to get the air- conditioning hotter. - The soundproofing wasn't good at all, we could hear the voices of the room neighbours... That woke us up early in the morning.
Pleasant ambiance, good location, pleasant staff.
Clean with basic facilities and friendly staff
No evening food but plenty of restaurants close by
Friendly staff, attention to small detail, large bathroom; tea/coffee making facilities
small lift; stair signs missing.
The hotel was central, within reach of the supermarket on the Bvd d'Alsace, the Croisette and any of the many restaurants surrounding the Rue Meynadier and from the hotel towards the old town (Le Suquet) that offer good menu formules. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. The rooms on the higher floors were better as they have obviously been recently refurbished.
It's central location - near the station, near the shopping and good for the beach. Reception very clean and very helpful staff.
Some parts of the hotel appear a little worn out. The paint was peeling from the bathroom walls in one of our rooms and a mirror was dirty. The air-con was old and took its time to respond. Carpets on the stairs were very worn.
