Location was great. Desk staff wonderful
They didn't clean my room - I was staying 2 days - no clean towels for day 2
Convenient location, affordable rooms, unlimited hot water
Rooms were not throughly cleaned, spots on the kitchen counter, dusty tv stand, streaks on the floor
Room was clean, staff was friendly. good value for the price
Breakfast needed juice or milk to be offered, not just coffee as a drink.
The room and time spent was great, you only leave because you have to. Excellent is the word.
That it was the type a hotel that I needed to be out of town working
they only did linen Once a week and it was outdated although they were working on the third floor updating 9 o'clock at night
Qiuiet atmosphere and pricing
Room beds not done, tiolets dirty on every visits
It is not a luxury hotel and you should not expect too much about it. However, it is a very good one for the price range.
Close to freeway and shopping.
Small lobby. No exercise facilities.
Price was great ,staff was fiendly ,roomwas as pictured on web site ...very pleased
The eastern European lady at the front desk. She's fantastic...every time I stay there. What an asset to what very often is a thankless position.
The room was very nice and clean.
Just the woman who checked us in was kind of rude and not very welcoming. The woman the next morning was very nice and sweet.
Convenient location; close to freeway and shopping. Extremely helpful and friendly front desk staff.
Guest room doors slam shut very loudly; the sweep on the door brackets need to be adjusted. Housekeeping was often very noisy while doing their work- talking on their cell phones loudly, slamming doors, banging things around.
it has a kitchen, staff is very friendly & helpful.
The kitchen is missing cooking & eating utensils that should have been in the room. i had to ask for equipment. Some of the kitchen equipment does not work correctly or does not operate at all. Cooking & dinning equipment are dirty &/or missing.
The only memorable part about this hotel was the 3 rooms we had to change into to find something sanitary. I would never visit this hotel again.
Fair price. Good location near Lifetime Fitness and convenient to Ann Arbor and Detroit.
Room smelled really musty. Bed wasn't that comfortable.
Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Had reserved two rooms..Rm 130/131. Rm 131 bed line was not changed..found crumps in bed, had to call desk for replacement linen, and rooom overall was not as clean. Rm 130 linen was questionable, carpet ripped at door, occasional chair by bed was dirty.
The room was not clean when I arrived. The breakfast was a huge diappointment, you cannot call it a breakfast, very missleading. Just a few fruits and gas station quality muffin. I would not come back here.
It was great to have a full kitchen to use!
They did not provide any shampoo for the shower or a blowdryer. The 'free breakfast' was just some fruit in a basket and coffee.
It is not really fair for me to rate the bed comfort for this hotel seeing as we did not even sit on the bed. The counter and top of stove had crumbs all over them. The floor had what looked like saw dust on it. The top of the television had rings from where it appeared soda cans had sat and the rings were sticky. We were actually shown a second room and this one was just as dirty as the first with stains on the curtain that may not have been blood but certainly looked like blood. We left this hotel and paid for another place out of our own pocket until we could get a refund. I can understand a place being plain or bare bones but you expect it to be sanitary.
