Location is perfect, close to local shops and some restaurants.
The clientele can be a bit rough occasionally catering establishment next door and overnights attending functions can be loud and drunk. Security was slow to respond.Looks like the are starting to renovate rooms, halls are a little dark for my taste.
It seems that they have taken some old motel & put a fresh coat of paint. The doors, the chairs were torn & damaged. Dust everywhere in the room, no fridge or microwaveIt seems that they have taken some old motel & put a fresh coat of paint. The doors, the chairs were torn & damaged. Dust everywhere in the room, no fridge or microwave. Terrible place with a lot of shady people. There is a event hall next door & when they have one, all the parking places are taken or given to them. I stayed there for 4 nkghts & i had to park 2 nights in another parking lot(bestbuy).
Underground parking close to the elevator. Maybe not ideal for single ladies, but for me without my wife was okay.
The room was so hot that I had to sleep with the window open in October. Very old interior and the renovations are only the light lipstick on this pig. Please don't stay here if you want a 3 star hotel. This has been miscatorgorized and should be at the 2 star level. On-site dining and shopping close, but the place is just old.
Sports bar restaurant
Wall paper in hallway of third floor was falling down. Shower is for really short people.Like everything on Long Island, this hotel is overrated. In another location it would be xxx a night.
I liked the gal at the check in counter...very warm and welcoming. I liked the access to stores and restaurants.
not a thing.
I felt I paid too much for the room size and hotel choice.
Stayed Wed- Fri on business/pleasure trip. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Outdoor pool was cool, but refreshing.
Beautiful room, but I heard high pitched drunken voices echoing between our building and the neighboring building at 1am,2am&3am! The next morning I switched to a room overlooking the pool-very quiet, but room was in older wing & smelled like smokeHad to pay a small extra fee per night for Microwave/ Fridge.
Room was clean, which was surprising considering the overall poor quality of the hotel.
This is not a 3 star hotel, and I feel cheated by Priceline into paying a 3 star (and non-cancellable) price.
The location was perfect. I had to travel to Westbury for a funeral and the hotel was only a mile away from where I had to be. It is also just minutes from Roosevelt Field. There are tons of restaurants and stores nearby.
There is no vanity area in the bathroom. I had to get ready for a family dinner and there was no place to put anything in the bathroom. My makeup and flat iron were on a tiny shelf over the toilet.I have never stayed in a hotel without a vanity area.
Great location for the event we attended
The pillows were awful. Huge hard square blocks. We both slept very poorly solely due to impossible pillows.
