Pros:
Although booked 24 hours early, at the airport the rep told us you have to wait for 1.5-2 hours or else go somewhere and find another car. They did not give us the car and asked to book somewhere else. Horrible experience. Never ever will book EZ car rental.4.0 Mediocre

The representative at the front desk (inside office) was very courteous and upgraded my car because there were none available at one of the pick up areas. Other than that I can’t think of anything.Cons:
My first car was barely clean on the outside, wheel was shaking at 60+ mph, returned car and was charged a full tank of gas when the I barely used 1/4 of a tank. Service was mediocre at best. Never renting from this company again! Manager did not include in the notes why I returned car.2.0 Poor

Cons:
They are dishonest and do not even tell you the whole truth when renting the car. The girl told me $20 for unlimited gas but never specify that it was $20 per day. They do not tell you how much gas cost to fill up and will send an email receipt instead of telling you the cost up front and deposits.Routes Car & Truck Rentals

The vehicle was fine. The shutter driver was nice, professional, and friendly.Cons:
The front desk representative. Directions where to meet the shuttle. As well as the pick up. It took 20-30 minutes to pick up the vehicle and less than 10 minutes to drop off the vehicle.Thrifty

I had reserved a compact car, and was very pleasantly surprised when they gave me a Hyundai Tuscon, a small SUV, an all-wheel drive model with only 16K miles on it, and in excellent condition.Cons:

I didn't like not knowing that I could not use my debit card after driving 30 minutes from the airport to get to enterprise. Spent over 100 dollars in taxi fare to get there and return to airport with no car. Not only could I not get a car I was stranded. Horrible experience. Need to be more clear with customers. I can use debit card at the airport but not around the airport. All cars at airport were completely sold out. Hate to see what happens in February when Super Bowl arrives. I will no longer waste money with Enterprise. I flew to Atlanta just to see my son play but could not because I had absolutely no transportation to get there so I just wanted at in the hotel. Thanks Enterprise. And the people at the desk were of no service.5.2 Fair

I arrived a couple of hours late due to a late flight. When I got there, the agent said my economy car was no longer available. He said he would have to charge me for a full size car. I was annoyed at this because it wasn't my problem that they didn't have the car. They should have given me the full size car for the economy price, as most companies do.5.2 Fair

This rental was $100 cheaper than renting from the airport Hertz. The car worked well and got great gas mileage!Cons:
We had to get the shuttle to the Hilton and then get the rental. The staff seemed to not really know what was going on (maybe the guy was new?). The car wasn't that clean; windows weren't clear, seats had stains, control panel full of smudges and candy wrappers left in the vehicle. We had to wait until the Hertz Hilton counter opened at 8am; there is no drop box for the key.2.0 Poor

I booked a car 2 weeks in advance of my trip. I called the afternoon I was to pick up my car to confirm the address I was to go to and to make sure they had the reservation. I was told they had the reservation but that they did not have the car for me and so I would have to upgrade to a larger car at an additional cost of $15 a day to me. I was in Atlanta on Friday afternoon the weekend of the big homecoming events for the big university in town. There was nowhere else I could go at that time of day on that weekend to get a vehicle. I had to call and talk to somebody on the phone then they just passed the buck onto the local manager. I was given a car that clearly had issues with it things like Wi-Fi did not work there was an engine light on of some kind. But I had no choice and I took it.4.4 Mediocre

I never rented a car from Avis because the store that I reserved a car with called me the next day to tell me that their system should not have permitted me to make a reservation because they had no cars available. They transferred by reservation to another store which I took an Uber to get to and THEY had no cars either! So twice, Avis's system permitted reservations when there were no cars available. Crappy programming to say the least, and disastrous for your business. If you can't offer any cars, don't continue to let people reserve! Idiots!!2.0 Poor
