Every employee I ran into was gracious and wanted every guest to have the. Eat experience possi le
Great location. Comfortable room.
It's under major renovation.
Hot tub was not working ! Exit door was not working ! Pancake maker was not working we requested a adjoining room could not get that ! Bed sqweeked every time you rolled over !
The hotel is in a good location, but there are around 5 other hotels in that immediate area that have to be in better shape than this one.
This hotel is a bit rundown. The floor creaked. The tile was cracked and missing grout.
I was very pleased with this hotel! I had accidently requested a handicapped accessable room when I booked online and when I checked in and told them this was incorrect they upgraded me to a beautiful room that cost more than the one I had booked for no extra charge. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean and big, and the continental breakfast was good. The pool was also a good size and temperature, as was the hot tub, and included an exercise room. The only issue we had was that there was no mini-fridge in the rooms. We had to pay an extra $30.00 for them to bring one in. It kind of seemed a little cheap (if they have them why do I have to pay)? Overall a good stay though.
Staff goes beyond okay to make trip the best possible
Clean room-great bed-great variety at breakfast-pretty quiet except for a little noise from the highway-would definitely stay again
