Position of hotel
Would have preferrd room overlooking harbour
its location and the view from the rooms
a bit expensive
location was alright
1 staff was extremely rude. 1 was ok, and 1 was helpful. I lost my luggage and they were not very sympathetic.
This hotel is located on the quieter side of the harbor. Our balcony provided a nice place to relax, enjoy the breeze, and look over the harbor and street activity. It is an easy walk to the rest of the old town and numerous restaurants. Customer service was great. The staff spoke English, provided an early breakfast since we had an early bus trip to the gorge, called taxis, sold stamps, and laundry prices were reasonable for a hotel. The hotel provides a big breakfast buffet with fresh orange juice. You could get English news on the TV.
The room itself was a bit small and drab, but clean. The beds were hard like most hotels in Greece. While the hotel is in a quiet area of the harbor, there was a fair amount of background noise (elevators, doors, etc) from the hotel itself.
