Pros:The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. From the front desk to the kitchen everyone was genuinely happy to be working there and provided excellent service.
Cons:Old and dated property charging more than better properties in immediate vicinity
Pros:The hotel was clean and comfortable. More importantly the staff was beyond polite and accommodating. It was refreshing. Easy access to many activities including shopping, eating, theater.
Pros:The staff, everyone I encountered, was great! The location was convenient with many nice restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. It is a very new area and felt afluent and safe. We had an issue with a run-flat tire on our car while we were guests, and the staff was helpful in suggesting tire dealers, AAA services nearby and were willing to give us a late checkout if we had required it. I would definitely stay here again.
Cons:Not downtown. With traffic we had about a 30 minute drive to the Spectrum Center.
