Pickup and drop off were easy, and the team members were friendly. They let me choose which vehicle I was most comfortable driving.Cons:

Reserved car was not available, and no options for a larger vehicle were available in the near area. As the reservation was placed a week in advance, I was very unsatisfied. The rental agent was nice, polite, and as helpful as he could have been.10.0 Wonderful

I guess I lucked out because I reserved a mid-sized SUV but they only had a Hybrid Toyota Sienna that gets 36/36 mpg.. Since we were going to do a lot of driving this really saved me some serious money. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.10.0 Wonderful
