Pros:
I made my reservation online only two days in advance, and I was able to walk into the rental office and leave with my rented car only a few minutes later! The same representative helped me with pick-up and drop-off, and she was very helpful and professional both times. Also, setting up my reservation through Kayak helped make things simple as well.Cons:
Nothing! I've used another car rental service nearby in Downtown Atlanta, and frankly this Enterprise offered me fewer issues and a better value for my experience. If I need another car rental, I will probably be returning here.4.0 Mediocre

Drop off was terrible. Apparently this location isn't connected to the rest of Enterprise so if you call the national number to get some assistance or support, you can't.Cons:

the car was ready, service prompt and friendly. return was the fastest and easiest i'd every experienced.Cons:
the gas pedal of the car we rented was very short and my foot kept slipping off. this is dangerous. the cockpit design is quite uncomfortable. however, these problems stem from the car manufacturer [chevy sonic], not enterprise10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
At the Loews Hotel Hertz counter the employee, Randy, was wonderful even under stress. I usually only use Enterprise but Randy made using Hertz a pleasure!Cons:
I did not like that Herts tried to charge me $40 when I could not change my original reservation to start earlier so I canceled that reservation and made a new one for the same dates and pick up and drop off just longer house and upgrade of car. Hurts was going to charge me a $40 cancellation fee.6.8 Okay

Reserved the car online but they didn't hold my reservation due to a computer issue on their end. I had to then book a car on the spot and will have to contact customer service to get a refund for the original reservation.2.0 Poor

I made an off-airport reservation at a midtown Atlanta location. Then, 30 min, later received a call from that location saying---"Don't come, we don't have cars." (And would not have cars the following day, either.) If you know you won't have cars at a location, don't take reservations for cars at that location!Avis

Car was nice, staff was nice. Pickup was okay. Drop off was good. Rate was good.Cons:
Helpful staff, but the super sneaky and difficult policies really make me never want to rent from this place again. Spirit changed my flight and I had to pay a rebooking fee just to change a couple hours over. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I really didn't enjoy dealing with the whole ordeal. I have to drop off exactly where I picked up otherwise... you guessed it... a fee. Car was not that clean and the handles for seat adjustment were sticky. Gross. If you are fine dealing with a little hassle or potential disappointment for a decent rate, this might be a good fit.10.0 Wonderful
