Bad. Flight was delayed over 2 hours and the plane was sitting on the tarmac the entire time. We received no explanation for why the flight was delayed.

The flight was delayed by several hours at the airport and then again after we boarded the plane.

Lost luggage and no compensation. Did not receive luggage till 9pm the next day. Again no compensation or apology

On the way back the isle seemed more narrow. Kept bumping into people's arms and smaller seats.

My flight was on schedule, ground crew looks overworked, flight crew was great but refreshments could be better. The plane was clean and fairly new. Seats were comfortable but leg room was tight.

This was a quick flight so more like a shuttle and everything went well. There was no food or beverage.

Your website has terrible problems:: 1. My last name is is very long and did not fit the area, so I added it to the middle name. I added middle names of both my wife and I and the system did not show that, making my checking terrible. Because of this my passport and ticket didn't match. I spent with 2 agents who called Alaska to change my last name to include it all. 2. No entertainment, no screens to watch anything. The checking line was for ever, too few agents to check you in. I think this will be my last flight with your airline. Fix your system NOW and add checking people when you have so many flight at the same time. Many people missed their flight. Planes are too cramped. How far are the airlines going to go before Congress steps in.

Crew felt more like military service personnel who served food than helpful flight attendants. Boarding Process was chaos and the word “ boarding “ never appeared on the electronic board at gate 16. My online entertainment would only provide audio for the movies but no video. On the plus side, the seats were comfortable.

I had great experience with Alaska airlines and the staff in the airplane Thank you and the plane was nice as well

Boarding - It is unclear where the line for the group are given the signs. A solution would be a diagonal arrow pointing to the lane in which the lane for boarding of a given zone should form. As it is now, you are guessing which side of the pole the "zone 3" sign is telling you to form the line. Inflight Entertainment - The Spanish subtitles function didn't work for movie watching (in fact, all subtitles didn't work), so was difficult to follow along and I watched the movie in silence without words.

An hour-long wait to check in, 90 minutes for luggage to come out, lost luggage, chaotic operations

No everybody brings the proper equipment to enjoy the plane entertainment. Then I was not able to enjoy it.

Cons: "Ticket counter was stubborn to release our boarding passes despite having already checked in online. Saying we were “too late”. The kiosk would not release our boarding passes either. Yet, we breezed right through security to the gate and we’re first to board the plane having had to actually wait awhile before boarding. The ticket counter person unnecessarily made us wait even longer when we were already running late due to having spent 11 hours in the hospital day prior from E. coli. The boarding process was also sloppy. Three different attendants asked to see our passports. Why did everyone need to verify us? We were asked very silly and seemingly unnecessary questions before boarding further slowing the process. We were asked before boarding if we had checked a bag, not sure what difference that made."

The WiFi tv wasn’t working. The flight was over sold and moved several times. The gate assignment appeared on the screens right as we were supposed to board. Because of the flight being over sold we were almost stuck in Cancun for a couple of a days. The flight attendants were unfriendly and would wake you up to pick up other people’s trash.

The reason we chose Volaris to fly from LAX to Mazatlan, Mexico was because of the DATES and TIMES for the NON-STOP flights. When those flights got Totally Changed that was UNACCEPTABLE ! ! ! Also, when my husband Died unexpectedly, the Only statement that Customer Service kept repeating was "they would only offer Credit on a future flight". REALLY?! Volaris was only going to offer CREDIT on another flight to a DEAD PERSON ! ! !

Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt

Inept company. Won't fly again with them if I can help it. Plane was the wrong size and they couldn't board 20 people.

When you make the 3 Lines to board de airplane , I believe that you should make only one line first and then call the next and then last ,,, because the number 3 wait to long just standing there ,, my opinion !!!
