Very comfortable Prem economy seats for a long haul flight. Had a problem with the tv that the crew fixed so was great!

Crew experience was more transnational, seats were so close together (LtoR and FtoB) that it was difficult to enjoy much of anything. When the person in front leaned back, there is no space for me. Sadly it was a flight to be endured not experienced.

My seat was sold off to someone else. Had to wait 9 hours to catch the next filght. Definitely will never use Cathay Pacific again. Bad, very bad airline. will comment on google reviews too.

The coffee in Premium economy and economy is terrible. That's it. Everything else is great

One of the worst flight in business class by qatar airways and I’m no stranger with qatar airways businesses class, I travelled with the extensively in the past 12 years

The aircraft was slightly newer but the food was very bad. Bland and uninteresting. Nothing special at all.

I felt thirsty and asked the flight attendent for water, but no one came for more than half an hour.

The crew were fine. I didn’t enjoy the food at all. I found it unappetising and really had trouble eating it. The comfort level was fine and our return flight is with Cathay Pacific but honestly I probably wouldn’t fly Cathay Pacific again.

Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .

Everything was good food could be better but ok for economy on my 2nd flight the head ph jack are bad you have to hold pushed in to hear anything but other then that very nice service

The crews at check in counter are not professional, they are talking and playing around. Also no entertainment on the plane

2 failed landing attemps before going to Nagoya airport for refueling. After 3 hours of taxiing, we still needed 3 attemps before a succeeded landing (after the 5th attempt finally!). In total, 11 hours inside the plane instead of 4h30, and with only a crappy piece of bread to feed us. A shame.

Pros: "No IFE without warning. 16 hrs. of nothing. very uncomfortable seats. Flight admits HKA going under and can not pay bills, customers suffer."
Cons: "No IFE without warning. 16 hrs. of nothing. very uncomfortable seats. Flight admits HKA going under and can not pay bills, customers suffer."
Pros: "This airline is going out of business in the US. They have had great fares from LAX to Hong Kong and Bangkok. It seems the airline has been mismanaged or has had political restraints despite always being full. I was lucky to purchase the last roundtrip flight LAX HKG BKK before the online bookings were pulled for the LAX route. Hence, my flight to HKG and the return to LAX were empty flights, which is such a loss for an already dying airline. The crew were still polite and hardworking unlike US airlines."
Cons: "Now you cant fly LAX or SFO to Asia on this airline. Bezos or Gates should buy the airline."
Pros: "Crew was great."
Cons: "Entertainment was not functioning whatsoever during the 15 hour flight, not enough food choices."
Cons: "To simply find how much weight I’m allowed in every section of the flight. Also I couldn’t check in online with ELAL maybe because the ticket was a Hong Kong Airlines ticket operated by ELAL"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "It could have been business class like kayak sold me"
Pros: "A little bit better with the service but the opportunity to be great like the other airlines I experienced was missing. To be honest the plane was one of the newest model around but looking and observing at the seats and restrooms, etc, I was not impressed. I feel like it was so cheaply done and maintenance was so poor."
Cons: "Offering cheap fares does not mean poor service and being treated with rudeness and so so service. In every year that I travel, I try different airlines to see and experience. I say that this experience is the worst and will be forever be embedded/marked on my list. They should look into service more to make up for other shortcomings I observed. Really felt bad not for me but for the other people who also got mistreated with the crews rudeness and their mean attitude towards work and guest. I work in a service Industry and all I can say they are not even at par to our lowest standards in what we do at our work."
Pros: "The attitude of the crew was not acceptable. They are mean and rude to paying guest. The service was unacceptable. It was a cheap airfare and you also get cheap service. First time I flew with this airlines and It was super disappointment that I got from the crew. The airplane was newer but they could be better. They can learn better service from other airlines I booked with. Also, better quality of overall experience."
Cons: "Better touches on the seats, more cleanliness, doing it rightly than cheaply and most of all they should learn SERVICE from other airlines. Not because I bought a cheap fare does not mean we deserve a rude and mean service from the crew!"
Pros: "Great female flight crew. The male flight attendants were unfriendly and maintained a sour look on their faces. Comfortable, decent leg room. Excellent entertainment."
Cons: "Food is extremely low quality. Poor quality meat (fatty, muscle, skin, bone chips). Boarding in Hong Kong was disorganized."
