My flight was on schedule, ground crew looks overworked, flight crew was great but refreshments could be better. The plane was clean and fairly new. Seats were comfortable but leg room was tight.
Always reliable customer service. Especially, the extra care on a long flight back to the Mainlaind.
Good flight. Pilot kept us well informed and attendants did a great job. Negatives:,1) little snack packs are far too expensice; 2) arrived early but waited 1/2 hr+ to get to our gate to deplane!
Great ! The counter staffs in Boston helped me to wrap my broken luggage with a plastic bag to prevent my stuffs falling out.
I arrived at 7:15 for an 8:30am flight. The winds in Burbank were keeping all flights down for the morning. What ensued next was absolute chaos, poor communication and chaos. I had booked a flight last minute because my boyfriends father was dying and o needed to be there immediately. There was absolutely no consideration for communication about what was happening with our flight after there was discovered to be a mechanical error. There was no mention that vouchers had been sent by email For food and I ended up wasting money on my lunch that was horrible. I literally bought the food when I had been emailed about a voucher. . I sat there now at 1:45 and tried to get some answers because the time was ticking. Your lady was so helpful and rushed me to get a flight out of United. I showed up to sfo 6+ hours late and was able to say goodbye to his father. But it was just a horribly communicated day. Please do better
I have taken 4 Alaska flights in the past 3 weeks and every single flight was delayed. They give you a $12 voucher for airport food, sometimes too late, after you’ve already eaten. That might get you a bagel. Reservations, rentals, etc have to be cancelled with no repercussions. Will be avoiding Alaska if possible.
Both of my flights were delayed. This is the 2nd week in a row that Alaska has been delayed. Not a great experience.

My flight was 11.47 AM Alaska opened the check in desks in honolulu airport at 9.30 . We have been waiting for about 2 hours suffering to check inn which should be 3 hours before departure but they came late . Crowdedness was high , we all got tired .

Overall, good flight and quiet cabin! Took the red eye home from Honolulu to LAX!
Couldn’t check in online. Unsure of terminal. Missed flight by minutes due to confusion and not being able to check in online pre flight.
Grumpy and rude gate attendant who was unwilling to help anyone who asked him for assistance. Too little leg room.

VERY short notice (<24 hours) flight delay by 6 hours. Had to reschedule and pay more to book with another airlines.
Take off was one hour late! They were not able to supply a meal for a 6 hour flight!
Everything was top notch except for needing to purchase headphones for entertainment.
Staff was friendly. It was a bit confusing with the regulations for Hawaiian on your website stating that each passenger has one carryon bag. There were people with a backpack, luggage and a shopping bag or purse they carried on the plane. It's probably because you charge for luggage, but doesn't anyone abide by the standard you set for carry on luggage? All in all the flight was pleasant.
I was not able to buy food in the flight. They refer to include your Credit card in the APP, and if you are not from USA (i have a credit card form Canada) it is not possible
Over two hours wait to get wheelchair assistance from arrival to the departure gate for LA was unreasonable even though there appreared to be heavy demand.
Airline did not explain reasons why flight was delayed two hours. Explanations were badly needed and rarely provided. Problem seemed to clearly be the airline’s fault and not the fault of the weather or airport.
I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊
The flight and crew were fine. The entertainment- the sound was so bad through the headphones I could barely understand it and it was a show I had seen before. The food might have been fine but having to have an account with united in order to access the app in order to pay for the food was rage inducing. I had entered my credit card info at home and logged in as guest but that wouldn’t allow the “wallet” tab to open in the app. And then the wifi was so bad that it took about 45 minutes to fully log in and get all the info working at which time I missed the food. You shouldn’t have to give your address, email and phone number in order to get a hamburger.
The control panel for the seat back screen did not work at all after takeoff.
United airline kept delaying our flight back to Phoenix for 8 hours before they cancelled it! If they know that we are not flying out for whatever the reason is, why did they keep lying to us for hours. We could find another flight earlier or even find a hotel with a shuttle. But cancellation at about midnight was not fun. We stayed in the airport all night till the following morning when we bought an Alaska tickets to go back to Phoenix. Total of 14 hours in the airport.
Poor seating comfort, seat cushion too thin, very uncomfortable. My luggage didi not make the flight due to equipment change. At least. United had it delivered the next day. I was without my toilet items for one day.
The crew was nice but the people going to Orange County are so entitled. Everyone thinks everything is suppose for be perfect for them. Tough crowd.
Unfortunately our flight was delayed by 45 minutes due to Kate arriving aircraft. Once we stated everything was great.
