Seat space Terrible. No real food on a 6 hour flight

On check in, the agent would not accept the credit card that I booked the flight on to pay for a checked luggage. It had the agency name that I work for on it, but my flight was booked on it so it did not make sense. So I used my personal CC. Then they could not give me a receipt for the checked baggage, and directed me to go to Alaskaair.com and find my way around to print up a receipt for my expenses. Should have been a lot more customer friendly for something so simple.

Wish better snack options on such a long flight. The seats seemed tight on space. Everything else was excellent. Would definitely fly Alaska again.

Flight, itself, was good. Only one person to check people in at the gate. She was nice, but needed help. She asked several times for people to volunteer to check-in their carry-on baggage. When they finally called Group D, I volunteered, but after getting on the plane, I noticed plenty of room still left in the over-head bins. That's OK. I'm just very thankful for a safe trip.

Late for departure without getting updates. The bathroom was disgusting. Bins were overflowing and paper towels all over the floor.

I do not like the policy of paying up to get a seat assignment.

The flight was canceled because of a mechanical issue with the engine and then airline workers made a mess with check bags, reprogramming flights and helping passangers. It’s good when it works but absolutely mediocre when things fail. There is no transparency at all

Having TV and WiFi would make it better! Flight had no entertainment at all for a 6 1/2 hour flight!

My baggage was very late to baggage claim. Alaska possibly put too many flights onto the same carousel at PDX. So I got home much later than expected. My aisle seat couldn't comfortably fit my personal item. It's one of the frustrating, silly designs where the aisle has much less under seat room than the other seats. The crew on this flight was excellent. Everyone was as helpful and friendly as you could hope for. We were pretty close to on time, but the baggage claim effectively ruined that for me.

Average. I have Celiac’s disease though and it would be nice if they offered something other than Biscoff cookies.

Carly the flight attendant was extremely helpful and very accommodating to passengers on the flight from what I noticed. Couldn't be more satisfied with the service and assistance from Delta's flight attendant, Thanks again Carly!!

I didn’t not like that I could not select my seat and ended up with the worse seat.

I didn’t like that I could not select my seat and was assigned a seat when I checked in at LAX

Delta did an awful job w logistics at DTW. Missed connection. We were there an hour early. SUCKED

Inflight entertainment stopped working as we taxi to runway and never worked again until landing and taxi to gate. Grrrr

Had to run to make it only to have the flight delayed to wait for all the late connectors Second drink service skipped up

Boarding was a sh!t show. JFK BOARDING was awful. The agent called three sections at a time Clogging the area then yelling at people to not block the walk way. How are you going to call delta one , premium select and comfort plus at once and the yell at highest paying passengers. Need to do a lot better and the flight attendants in the galley need to understand that their voices travel. They were talking about others and everyone in the cabin heard them

Uncomfortable seats on 14 hour flight. Mediocre food. On time and great crew.

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. Please feel free to contact me directly for more details.

public website still broken for years randomly blocking browsers with privacy options active after loading a page maybe once. check-in on laptop was almost impossible but eventually randomly worked. had to print pass at airport since couldn't get back in to load digital pass on mobile firefox or chrome. red eye flight so smooth onboarding, plenty of room to spread out, easy offboarding. onboard wifi instructions mention vpn can cause problems connecting but fails to also mention private dns. no printed or built in menu list, seems weird to require personal device to point at qr code link for menu which does not even allow direct ordering. people with health condition risk related dietary restrictions trying to avoid for example cholesterol and sugar are left guessing what they can order either way without nutritional info highlights (cranberry juice was minute maid cocktail with as much suger as typical can of soda). tap to pay wasn't working and always seems sketchy to manually enter card info. good movie variety, so limited tv was okay.

I flew from Las Vegas to Reno Nevada. Airfare was 60 $ round trip. I needed to bring my skis and boots.that was going to be $111 to bring them. Upon arrival they informed me that anyone who has skis more than 62 inches long is charged an oversize fee of $150 each way. Almost everyone over 5 foot five has skis over 62 inches long. So I paid $60 for the flight and $411 to bring my skis with me! WTF

The agent at the check in desk was absolutely rude. The rest of the team after that was good, but the check in process at LAS was miserable. The woman at the desk spoke like we were stupid and was rude throughout the process.

Great value airline. It doesn’t always work out flawlessly but this flight from Vegas to Reno was perfect.

Delayed several times. Flight was to arrive at midnight and it arrive at 3 am. A 3 hour delay is already bad but one that has you arriving in the wee hour is just disruptive and overall unacceptable. The complete lack of restitution is a joke in keeping with Spirit’s reputation of ranking bottom-low in the pecking order.

Flight was canceled and rebooked for the next day. Had to cancel the entire vacation.

Don’t fly with Spirit unless you wanna be treated like trash. Racist employee too

Small water and small chips 10 dollars is insane. Pluse almost 200 for a carry on and luggage also crazy. Otherwise was on time that's good

It was miserable! A week after we booked a non stop round trip ticket Atl-LasVegas, we were told that our non stop return flight from Las Vegas to Atl had been changed to a one stop flight through Fort Lauderdale, without any reason or explanation. When we got to the Las Vegas airport to catch our now 1:16pm flight to Fort Lauderdale, the flight was delayed until 5:30pm, which made our connexion at Fort Lauderdale impossible to catch. When we got to Fort Lauderdale, we ran to the gate where our flight to Atl was, hoping to catch it, even though we only had 7 minutes before take off time. To our dismay, we get there and see a large amount of people complaining in front of the gate because the flight had been delayed due to lack of personnel! We then had to wait another couple of hours to finally take off from Fort Lauderdale. We got to Atl at 5:30 in the morning instead of 11:30. In the meantime, my luggage was also lost, so I had to wait until the next day to get my suitcase back. My husband also lost a day at work because of the delay. We will NEVER fly Spirit again!!

I will never fly spirit again for any reason. Worst experience I’ve ever had

My flight was delayed twice, when I arrived 1.5 hours before the rescheduled departure, they said the flight was closed, and I should have been there when it was originally supposed to board. They rebooked me for the following evening, but only after I showed them the two boarding delays.

I liked getting off the plane. Everything else was well below standards. Not even offering a bag of peanuts for free for a 4 hours flight is ridiculous.

The whole experience was bad. Didn't know no complimentary drinks or snacks. $4.39 for a soda is ridiculous even a bottle water. A carry on was $74 just crazy. I don't think I will take this airline ever again. Very bad

Delayed...attendants checked every single bag and item for sizes before boarding.

4 hour delay because they used our aircraft to fly a different segment (per the captain)

As per ultra-low-cost-carrier model, you must adjust to a minimalist approach (or, pay-as-you-go mentality) when evaluating Frontier. That said, here's the pro/con of this trip. PROs Pricing. Incredibly cheap: $30 roundtrip(!!) PDX-PHX. Hard to complain. Schedule: Direct both ways. Pilot made up time and we got in 15-20 mins early each way. Aircraft. Frontier flies Airbus metal, and the aircraft are pretty new. Seating. Airline status-match got me upgraded 'Stretch' seating (their premium economy). *Excellent* legroom. The leather trimmed seats were adequately comfortable. Some of these upgraded seats have recline (this flight did not), and larger tray tables. Compared to standard Frontier economy, which has very tight seating, and ridiculously small tray tables, it was quite nice. Aircrew: The flight attendants on both legs were top tier. Experience, confidence, and customer service skills exceeded what I have seen on the legacy carriers. This is not always true with Frontier, but this team was exemplary. Food-for-sale. Frontier offers no complimentary snacks/bevs except ice water. Purchased a cheese pack and it was adequate and about as expensive as you'd see on a legacy carrier. CONs No power at seats. True on all Frontier flights, but a bummer nonetheless. Bring a battery. No inflight entertainment. Load your own offline before flying. No wifi available. Honestly, with Frontier's upsell model, it still surprises me they don't equip their planes for this and use it as a revenue stream. Heck, for a $30 rt flight, I'd probably have paid $10-15 each way for wifi + movies. Overall, you know going in about the CONs of the carrier model, so really the complaints are minor. I had a day trip to Phoenix for a $30 flight. Great value.

Due to delay of our first flight, we almost missed the second flight. Workers were more agreeable, and baggage did not seem to be an issue.

Seats are cramped and uncomfortable. You have to pay for everything and it is very expensive.

I like the easy check-in and boarding process. I love the non stop flight

absolutely horrific. delayed flights, overbooking. over charging. nightmare service beyond words. stay away.

My husband didn't get boarded on this flight. He was asked to pay $50 extra by the Frontier staff to get two boarding passes for check-in at the Las Vegas airport. He refused to pay this extra $50 charge and tried to do check-in online by himself but it seemed to be late with only 7 mins left. It ended up that my daughter and my husband missed the 7-minute time window. They had to take the next non-direct flight which took more than 12 hours from Las Vegas to San Francisco, a very poor experience for them.
