Flight delayed about 2 hrs so it made it a VERY late night

MSP to Atlanta was much better than Atlanta to St. Kitts. Paid $180 each for myself and wife for Delta comfort from Atlanta to St. Kitts. Seats were more narrow and obviously old and worn out. Tailbone is killing me. Seat would not recline. Seats behind reclined and we were not an exit row or in front of an exit row. Entertainment did not work in that the movie jumped forward and back and there was no audio. The plug in the arm rest was loose. Flight attendant tried “resetting” the video for my seat but no good. She never checked back. Someone else near me had the same issue. Touch screen was unresponsive. No where near as comfortable as MSP to Atlanta flight. 3 plus hrs. flight time without the basic amenities and not even remotely close to comfortable but paid for Comfort plus. I will be very disappointed if I have the same on my return “Comfort Plus” flight St. Kitts to Atlanta. At the very least my wife and I should be refunded for round trip “Comfort Plus” charges. The seats are too hard for long flights but otherwise- the process was smooth, the staff attentive, and there was to keep you occupied during the journey if needed.

Flight was on time and in fact arrived early. Seating was as comfortable as you can get in coach. Adequate leg room. Good entertainment system and offerings. Food was good. Flight staff was very good and accommodating.

Could not hear any of the announcements. The speakers seemed out of service. I wish the entertainment system would allow me to watch on my own iPad than the airplane ‘s old display.

Just a perfect flight. Fast, everyone was nice, and the flight attendants were very attentive.

I paid $380 for my one-way ticket from California to Minnesota. The fair did not include online check-in. I received instructions from their app to check in at a kiosk. At the kiosk, the boarding pass would not print until an actual person came to verify that I had a personal item and not a carry-on item, On the plane, the person next to me was drunk and allowed to continue to order alcohol. United is garbage I’d rather fly spirit.

The plane was dirty and the in seat air wasn't blowing as planes usually do.

Positive: Entertainment via phone on the short was great and my first time. Good food and wine and head phones for free. Negative: Seat hardly reclined on the long flight. Breakfast was an egg with a bun. No egg choices and rather have something sweet like bun/jam and Youghurt.

They did get us booked on a later flight, but it made us miss our connecting flight. So, we had to stay and another state overnight with no luggage or clothes. Because they kept our luggage at airport for next flight on the next day.

Flight was on time. Staff were friendly. I paid for Economy Plus but was required to check my standard carry-on luggage due to lack of space on the aircraft. This cost me 30 minutes, unexpectedly, in waiting at the baggage claim. This experience did not meet my expectations.

Crew is way too many times on the intercom re explaining the same thing

We waited too long to get water while the plane was on the Tarmac awaiting de-icing.

The plane was delayed coming in and on the tarmac. I was coming from another flight so it made for a very long day. The stewardess kept trying to slam the overhead bins closed and I was worried that she had damaged my new luggage. They ran out of snacks and lccdsddd me a hummus box which was nice. It took them a very long time to pick up the garbage so I could not go to the washroom and had little time. To prepare for disbarment. The TV system was hard to control from the armrest and picture wasn’t clear. The crew did apologize several times for the lateness. It took the Denver airport an unusually long time to de-ice the plane.

Great crew. We were delayed so that late passengers could get on the flight. Love the bedding in business class. Good food. Great experience.

The CX617 from HK to BKK was delayed more than 1.5 hours.

Horrible - they lied to me about baggage & boarding, even though I specifically spoke to their agents the day before my flight about my issue. When I showed up they did not let me board and stranded me at my airport until I bought a new flight with money I did not have to spend.

All four American Airlines flights I took in last seven days were delayed. Caused me loads of problems, missed meetings, loss of time and money.

American cancelled our flight home. Zero option for hotel, alternative transportation and took 3 hours to find our bags so we could take a 3 hour UBER ride home on our dime. Never flying AA again.

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

Flight was cancelled had to move to another gate late again no internet paid for the month and never can use it waste of money

LATE LATE LATE!!! Plagued by late AA flights on this trip. Such a drag. This one was by far the worst.

WiFi connected but only let you go to the AA website, not even text messaging worked.

They were flexible and let my daughter and I sit in the back of the plane.

A flight attendant appeared to not be in a good mood that served us; felt she was being short. Overhead announcements were very loud compared to other airlines and the message was not friendly and was a little confusing. This flight was particularly over all was not satisfying compared to previous Sun Country flights.

Airlines should have to add their fees to their fares

I am upset with the hidden fees for bringing on an overhead carryon onto flight and also having to pay for my seat selection. This should all be part of the original price of the ticket. Very poor customer service

Sun country Wi-Fi was not working. Flight was overbooked by two people. Had to pay extra for carryons day before flight and I don’t like hidden fees like that.

WiFi did not work. Woman flight attendant in the rear of the plane was moody.

Flight delayed over 3 hrs due to unexplained issue. No text message to notify.

Well we did not realize at first it was a ground transfer, but we really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Our driver was awesome and the ride was wonderful. A bathroom on board would have been nice, but at least we were warned that there wasn't one so we went ahead of time.

We were on a fairly long flight and they offered nothing for a snack (unless you paid) and then quickly gave you a drink and were never to be seen again. I would have loved a refill on my water but that was not an option. The flight attendants were standing on ther phone when we boarded and left and never even greeted us. Any other flight I have been on they would have welcomed us on the plane and again greeted us as we got off. Our landline transfer from MSP to Rochester on the other hand was FANTASTIC! We would highly recommend!

Took forever to get the plane loaded and unloaded. Longest I have ever had. I was in the middle of the plane and it almost took a hour after landing to get off of the plane.
