There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

Their bar selection could be greatly improved; they only had one spirit option

Music would have been great and information about the flight. Meaning how high and the weather conditions.

It was good but the food was small for the duration of the flight.

I wrote to the entertainment and food OK because it was non-applicable All excellent

Pleasant experience checking in. Seating is way too tight, especially for persons who are not petite. I thought the pilot was excellent in terms of his commentary and information. Wrong gate information on boarding passes. If I was not alert I could have lined up to board the wrong plane.

The crew was excellent, check in was easy ,the food wasn't good, movies should be recent and more selections

The captain was great he made jokes and make thebflight very comfortable. Alerted us about the islands we flew over and Yolandra and her team took great care of us, very personable.

Very good, despite we had a delay because of some problems at the airport.

As usual, the flight with normal legroom was not very comfortable, but the second flight was much better because we had paid for extra legroom. It was very nice to check our bags without an extra fee.

We were told there would be no food/beverage service due to turbulence. There was very little turbulence on the 2+ hour flight. I was in First Class and thought they could have done a quick service after take off as they had a quite bit of time before we would be reaching the predicted turbulent area. They could have at least passed out a quick bag of pretzels.

Do a bit better with n first class offer some real food and pillows

I don't like that I have to pay if I want extra leg room. The seats are so expensive; I sit in normal seats and my legs and knees cramp the entire flight. I never feel comfortable on AA flights.

well, they changed the plane and downsized. So the extra leg room seats I paid for didn't exist anymore. No mention of a refund! Still, at Christmastime, to have an on time plane was a plus.

2 hours late, because they gave our assigned plane to another flight and left us with one needing maintenance!

Nothing really nondescript, the flight attendants were friendly and helpful.

I paid to upgrade my seat to premium economy, it was well worth the extra cost. I have vegan meals and they were very good. Most of the flight attendants were very attentive, but for one was slightly rude. I thought the service was great overall and they had a nice movie selection for entertainment

I was asked if I wanted the last available aisle seat when checking in. I was not told it was right next to the bathroom. I could not sleep at all because of the commotion in and out of the restrooms and the smell. I will be sure to never fly in that seat again. The seats also couldn’t recline.

Worst experience ever. My carry on was checked in and I had to carry all my electronics (laptop, etc) as if I was lost. No food. No proper AC. It was clearly stated that I have a carry on that I could bring with me and I wasn't allowed a carry on upon boarding. I flew many airlines (International and domestic airlines) and this by far is the worst experience I've had.
