The inflight entertainment did not work on a 6 hour flight The cel phone chargers did not work There was a 45 minute wait for the luggage to get off the plane.

They could offer free food and drink like other international flights.

My international flight from LAX to Argentina had one free check in bag included in the price I paid, however your crew in LAX made me pay $95 USD to carry it on! Please note I had only on small size luggage (carry on size) and one backpack. I demand my $95 USD back that you guys charged me illegally in LAX.

The flight was overbooked and the solution gave was unrespctful. I arrived 4 hour in advance in the airport and only after 2hous was possible suggest a different ticket with another company LATAM, I have accepted, but when I was checking in at LATAM the tickets was issued without luggage, what it is absurd since I have bought my tickets including it since the beginning. Due to the timing for the next flight was not possible return to Avianca to claim due to the distance between Both companies Avianca and Latam since were located in different terminals. I have insiste to the crew of Latam to call Avianca to solve it, but they could help they were alleging that only paying a thousand pesos Mexicans ($1,000 MXN) to dispatch my luggage would be accepted and I have no money at all. So I had to beg for others passagens, it was an humiliating to exchange luggage with who was platinum in order to return back the luggage in the connection airport in Brazil (GRU). I have no clue that a judicial process would be taken from my side due the lots of stress in sequence by the non professional treatment with a passenger that was just following everything said by Avianca.. Long hours of waiting until next flight and only arrive at final destine in 6hs later..

First the good, everyone was friendly and efficient. Flight was smooth and plane was very clean and new. Now the bad, seats have almost no padding on your behind. I was in exit row so I had tons of leg room for a 6' 2" bean pole with long legs. Everything was extra - water, soda, snacks everything besides oxygen. Ya get what you pay for, and my flight was cheap as you could ever want it, so no worries.

Flight left an hour late because the biometric scanner for check in broke. Instead of checking in people in a traditional way they waited to bring in a new biometric scanner and thus we waited on the plane for an hour while they checked in the rest of the people.

Don’t fly with Spirit unless you wanna be treated like trash. Racist employee too

Good except my suitcase was completely broken when it arrived on belt. Now I have to go through a process to try to get ANY back. Not happy

I DID MY CHECK ON THE SCREEN AND BECAUSE OF THAT THEY HAD TO REPEAT IT AT THE BOARDING COUNTER BECAUSE THEY SAID THAT THEY DIDN'T HAVE ALL THE INFORMATION, ALSO I HAVE ONLY ONE BACKPACK AND THEY TOLD ME THAT I SELECTED IT TO DO A RANDOM REVIEW OF ALL THE THINGS THAT I HAVE THERE AND THEY DECIDE THAT IT WAS TOO MUCH EVEN THE MEASURE WAS OK, WHICH WAS A WEIRD SITUATION AFTER THEY REVIEW IT AND IT WAS OK, I HAE TO DO AGAIN THE WHOLE LINE TO INSIDE THE PLANE, THEY ASKED ME ALSO IF I WANT A MORE ROOM PLACE WITH IT THINK WAS NICE BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY GOING TO CHARGE ME, I TOLD THEM THAT I DIDN'T ASK FOR THAT AND I DON'T WANT IT THEN I NOTICE THAT WAS PLENTY OF OPEN CHAIRS, MY THOUGHT WAS WHY THEY DON'T ASSIGN THOSE CHAIR TO THE TRAVELERS TO HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE INSTEAD OF HAVE THEM EMPTY.

Spirit changed Gates 2 times and departure time once without on time information

The plane itself felt old, rattled a lot, was louder than most planes, and made us so nauseous that our son vomited on both flights.

The flight experience was terrible. Extra bag charges were exorbitant, and the customer service was incredibly poor. Flight attendants were rude and unhelpful. Post-flight, we endured a one-hour wait for our luggage, only to find our bags severely damaged. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with Spirit Airlines. Not recommended.

Spirit Airlines has the worst customer service. I don't advise flying with them.
