I did not like anything, first time I use company and for sure it will be the last time, they charge for simple operations that any other average airline wouldn't charge.

The good thing is the flight was on time and the crew was really nice. They can work better the arriving with staff

The inflight entertainment did not work on a 6 hour flight The cel phone chargers did not work There was a 45 minute wait for the luggage to get off the plane.

Boarding was very expedite. The chairs are fixed you can't rest comfortable during the flight.

Awful. I checked in online and there was no option to pay for baggage, at the airport when I checked in my baggage was received and Iwas not charged. When I got to LA during the boarding process I was told I didn't pay for baggage, the crew resolved I was let in the plane. When I got to my final destination my baggage was not there. It took me two days to receive my baggage. Bad service ever!

It is better at the jfk than my home country. It was very easy and everything was on time.

My experience was amazing! They helped my elderly mother board on early through a wheelchair and were accommodating to have us sit together since our seats were in different locations. When landing at the airport in GUA they were very helpful with full of hospitality.

They could offer free food and drink like other international flights.

Delay almost an hour which meant when we got to Guatemala there where 3 flights at the same time, you can imagine the caos in customs, avianca doesn’t care about passengers or schedules

Every food and beverage has to be paid and the seat was not confortable. They even gave water.

Horrible airline, upgraded to sit on seats made of stone. Staff were rude and on top of it they charge an arm and a leg for luggage 🧳 never again

The seats are the worst I upgraded to premium big mistake and it seems like no one likes there job very unpleasant

Overall good but we had a minor scare when a wind shear caused the plane to re take off on the first landing attempt. The crew handled it well and we landed safely on the second attempt

The flight was early arriving. I love that when I go to collect my luggage, that there is no wait time luggage is on spinner waiting for me. There was no food served nor any entertainment. Seats are a little snug, front to back. But a quick flight.

Flight got canceled, made me lose my connection flight to Japan. Someone has to pay for it. It might be you guys

It was a no frill flight. No food or amenities unless you purchased. We brought our own on the flight. It was a bit tight to the seats in front. But the flight was smooth and quick. Great crew. Had to depart going down a big set of wiggly stairs in the dark and across the tarmac. Did it with a little effort but again the flight itself was great. The flight was delayed by over an hour. Made for a long day and late hotel arrival. But no issues.

Notsure if it was an issue with the airline or Guatemala Int airport, but boarding information, times posted, and boarding to aircraft where contadicting n confusing - relied on gate airline staff n fellow travelers.
