Find cheap flights from Saint Thomas Island to Simpson Bay

After 14 hour delaybwith departure time changed 9 times then announcing the flight was canceled. Another later announcement said the cancelation was in error. Also after paying a higher fare to leave in the afternoon then departing at 4am was not right.

I loved the wifi, much better than Delta. Seats were old. and bathrooms dingy.

Great crew. Smooth flight that was on time. Boarding is a disaster as usual. Bought more room seat and was Grouo A. The flight was packed by the time I got on. TVs did not work as usual

There was no wheelchair or wheelchair escort at the gate..unacceptable

There was only internet service for the last hour. Other than that is was a great flight. Good Crew and landed a head of time.

No food/drink were offered. There was no Flyfi service. The screen size & quality were below JetBlue’s typical standards. The flight was delayed by an hour.

The crew was openly hostile and condescending to the customers. They spent the majority of that time in the rear talking and seemed really agitated when people asked questions. I heard five different people told that the information they requested was in the handout or safety brief.

Realize ahead of a 6:30 am flight that you have a completely flat tire that needs replacement. They should have never boarded everyone. They kept us at the gate with the door closed for ALMOST but not quite 3 hours. The plane had been sitting there from the night before. At the 2 hour mark of sitting there, they came through with a bottle of water and cups. Never offered snacks. Never offered a real apology. People missed connecting flights completely. Absolutely no apology. Just yep you are going to miss your connection completely. I don’t know if you can get to your destination today. The new boy time there was a seemingly heartfelt apology was when they said they were sorry and then fifer everyone an opportunity for a credit card. It was so poor. Lucky for us, our funeral was not the same day as our flight or we would have missed it. All for an avoidable repair that could have been done before we even set foot on the plane.

the staff was very helpful and the airline was very good.

Wifi screens were great. Both flights were delayed, spending all day flying home and then getting home at 3am ruins the next day also.
