There was no bag included in the reservation. The price was double. Not properly advertised
No complimentary food and beverage (water, soda, coffe) is offered for a six and a half hours long international flight, not even in premium economy, just to try to squeeze a few more dollars out of the passengers. Same happened in the connecting flight, which was three and a half hours long (Bogota x Miami). First and last time flying with Avianca.
Flight departure late. Got late in Colombia making us take a different flight next day. Avianca airport crew messed up my ticket so when a I got in Brazil I didn’t have a ticket for my destination. Had to buy a new ticket out of my pocket.
Wasn’t able to take the trip and no one could help me with a refund or rescheduling
Avianca was organized in boarding and disembarking and all announcements were made in both Spanish and English 👍🏼
