It was ok. Overall comfortable but Seat back could not be adjusted and food options were limited.

The price for Premium Economy seats very competitive and ITA beat the big guys in terms of fair. However, seat comfort was below expectations. Movie selection was poor. Food - absolutely horrible!! I felt like a prisoner for 13 hours being fed cold damp rolls and room temp water. NOT what I expected for Premium Economy!!

Most importantly, got us there and back safely and on time. Seats in Prem Econ spacious enough and comfortable. But pulldown footrest on both flights inadequate/broken. Crew...mixed: a few were quite pleasant, others seemed disinterested. Food was underwhelming. Yes, I know it's just "airplane food", so dont expect much... but even United is doing better now, and BA more so. Would I fly ITA again...perhaps. Price diff was main selector this time, almost 1K LESS/person than UA. I'm naturally frugal -- For 2K I'll put up with some small inconveniences.

ITA changed our 9 hr direct flight without giving any reason to 4 stop overs 24 hrs flight without delays.

Poor food choices for AVML. Totally out of the world food. Bad food menu.

Flight attendant really had bad behavior.. yelled at people when she is trying to defend, to have favor w her people..!

Appreciated being met with a glass of sparkling wine - also the warm cleansing towel offered before the meal. The food was tasty!

Inside plane needs to be updated, the lady sitting behind me was saying the frame from the window fell on her lap right before taking off and seats are very uncomfortable, cushioning is need of repair ASAP.

Overbooked. They left a lot of passengers on the ground

Need better food options. Need warm food both times Stevie was provided. Bathrooms are too small. For an international flights, seats are small and leg room isn’t enough. And for an international flight, serving spirits should be included, not just Italian beer and cheap wine. All the tv/film entertainment is quite old and not updated, but the size of the screen was good.
