I booked a rental vehicle 2 weeks in advance and 1 hr before I was supposed to pick up they called me and told me they had no vehicles. I was supposed to leave at 4:30 am the next morning and all rental companies close to me closed in an hr. I had to make a lot of calls and could only find a vehicle 1hr away for more money. Had to leave was on a tight schedule planned months before. Recieved call from agent at 1;17 pm that vehicle had finally arrived. I should have been notified at 11;30 the vehicle was not going be there. Will never rent from this office again. Made an appointment for 11, I arrived at 10:35. To help speed things up before I arrived I prepaid and checked in prior to. The guy at the desk was friendly and fast. His attitude was pleasant despite the fact he was alone with a lobby full of unhappy customers. After 3 hours of waiting, which made me super late for work, I finally got the car. I didn’t bother to look for scratches, dents, or dings.. I grab the keys and left. Chances of me using this location again... slim to none.8.8 Very good
