The vehicle had not been cleaned and smelled like smoke. There was so much dirt and grime on the inside of the windsheild that I had to stop and clean it before I felt safe driving it as the dirt obscured my view. The outside looked as though it had not been washed in weeks. I was very disappointed. Not worth the money I paid at all.2.0 Poor

I had requested a mini van for a long road trip...when I went to pick up the van , the only one with low miles also had a DVD system which I did not want or need...but I had to take it as all the other ones had 30K plus miles on them. I asked to not be charged the extra amount for the DVD system and was told that was not possible...which I think is really bad custormer service and a way for them to get more money out of me.10.0 Wonderful

Absolutely nothing pressing I pre paid had every thing ready. I even called location to make sure all was good if I needed anything else so I could bring with me they said nope your all good we will have keys waiting. I get there they wouldn't rent me a car even though in pre paid, I needed another cc card which I did not bring so 2 hr trip back .Cons:

I originally called the store and never got an answer. Called enterprise and then got online and got a rental through this site. When I got there no one was on the phone or helping anyone, but per the manager, everyone had been so busy. They had no cars available. So this website was not updated correctly. They said they called me. They never cancelled through the site either as I never received a cancellation notification. I guess we’ll see if they charge me.Hertz
