Absolutely nothing pressing I pre paid had every thing ready. I even called location to make sure all was good if I needed anything else so I could bring with me they said nope your all good we will have keys waiting. I get there they wouldn't rent me a car even though in pre paid, I needed another cc card which I did not bring so 2 hr trip back .

Avis in McKinney Texas was great: efficient and gave us a better car than we expected.
They charged us for fuel, when pick up only given us 3/4 tank full.

We had problems with the rental stranded for seven hours the showed it was hot with a picture of a cup of hot coffee it told us to pull over we called the closes hertz Mat the agent said he didn’t have any vehicles available and gave me the 800 number to call and ask for a double tow I called and the person said take it to the airport or the location I had picked it up I picked it up in Sherman Texas and the car broke down in Williams Arizona was closer to my destination Clovis California where I had a doctors appointment which I missed and had to reschedule my doctor is not in the office on Friday or the weekend I had to rescheduled for Monday which meant I had to extend my days with the rental two extra days I was charged $53 a day plus $12 late fees and $17 recovery fees the car had issues and if that wasn’t enough the air conditioning didn’t work the assistant at the emergency assistance told us to wait inside the gas station We waited in the car it would have been very embarrassing if they would have asked us to leave for loitering I am very disappointed I had hertz when I was getting the car in McKinney Texas the agents there were charging $36 a day
