The whole process was easy and streamlined. I was in and out of the office and in my car in about 10 minutes. Drop off was wven more efficient! Staff was awesome on both ends, and they gave me an excellent car.Cons:

Pickup was easy and efficient. The car was what I asked for and was clean and had a full tank. Drop off was easy because the location was closed when I returned it on a Sunday.Cons:

Pros:
My rental was supposed to be at DEN Airport, not Littleton. When I went to pick up my car, I was told there were no available vehicles, unless I wanted to rent for a month, which means there were vehicles available and they lied. I was then told they would cancel my reservation and I would not be charged, but I was still charged.Cons:
Reimbursement of my deposit and other fees. Not lied about having no cars available.9.6 Wonderful

That they had a SUV available at the last minute.Cons:
The employee acted like it was a strain to wait on me. He explained NOTHING about the car! It had a pushbutton start which I know nothing about. I had to get out the owners manual to just start it. The seat was so far up it was uncomfortable to sit in and I could not figure out how to move it. Looked at the owners manual which stated there was a lever on the right underside of the seat, there wasn't. After a few hours I had to have my SIL look at it. It was a slide on a control on the left that did something different whenpushed up and down. Did not know how to work the Onstar. There was not 1 other customer there. is it really so difficult to explain things when someone rents? Also it was a large, SUV. When renting online, there was not a category for a small SUV which is what I needed. Also, it was covered in pollen, so when I went through rain it turned all brown and drippy looking.Free2Move
