Just having difficulty with the returning of required deposit for using Visa debit card to my account. Have only received one deposit out of five rental agreements. Expediting the return of $300 I would think is very important to anyone renting with Enterprise. Otherwise, there are a great company with excellent customer service.

There was several cars in the lot and was told no availability. Kayak services didn't no change my pick up. Regardless if you have cars in the lot but he offered me to pick up one the next day. Want use that budget in the future..

The vehicle was great for 6 people and we had plenty of room for luggage. The men at the Clinton hwy Budge maybe not so much. When I went to pick up the man that walked to go over car with me. Rushed around and when I pointed stuff out he said that fine. The front and mirrors were so nasty they were different color than van. He didn’t even look inside with me. When we get home and start to load let down back seats there was dog hair all under them. The rest of van was clean and vacuumed. . I took pictures we weren’t putting anything under seat so wasn’t that concerned just didn’t wanna get blamed for it. When we returned I told man at counter and he was very rude told me ( Ma’am that isn’t possible) I said yes it is… I tried to show him pictures with time and date on them,He went and looked at van. The only place there was hair was under back seat. He came back in asked me to sign paper and with no apology and told me to have a good day. Get people to work in the office that care about your customers especially if they can prove what they are saying. Don’t discredit people and treat them like they don’t matter. The price and vehicle was great. Customers service not so much.

We didn't know that the branch did not have the full-sized vehicle we reserved until we arrived to pick it up. (There were full-size vehicles on the lot.) Man said he called us a few days before and no one answered. He did not leave a message and did not try to call back to make sure we knew. He assured us that the airport branch would have plenty of vehicles but he wouldn't call to make sure before we drove another 40 miles to the airport. He said he had no control over the pricing at the airport. We arrived at the airport to be told that the only vehicle they had was a mini-van. After explaining the situation with the first store and telling her that we had to leave the area in the morning, the woman processed the rental and charged us the same rate as the rate on our original reservation. We were gratefully she took care of us.

It really couldn’t have been worse. I should have read the reviews posted on other sites and not used this service. I arrived to pick up the car and there were so many cars in the parking lot that it was difficult to find a space to get dropped off, however when I went in they told me they had no cars available!! They said they had tried to call me, according to their records just 2 hrs prior. If they did I don’t show any messages or missed calls from them and….. just 2 hrs prior to pick up?!!! Additionally, they didn’t try to find any vehicles at their other nearby sites or offer any help in any way. Imagine showing up to pick up your car only to discover that you don’t have a car! I hopped online and they were still showing cars available to rent! Utterly terrible experience and very poor customer service!!

The car was great it was the customer service that was terrible. Our flight was delayed so I tried to add extra 4 hours every number I called days no call Kayak or whoever you reserved with after waiting on hold forever then on hold forever at kayak only to be told to call Hertz it was a mess no one knew then I finally got someone who said I could extend it until 4pm for$250 or until the next day for$275 that's not fair..I only paid$135 to rent the car for 5 days because of an issue that was out of my control you wanted to take advantage of me. Then I tried turning it in where it was to Hertz they said I had to pay $225 wow.. So my husband had to drive it back 5 hours and lose our money for his plane ticket. Then I had to pay Uber to pick him up until my flight landed then I had to drive 5 hours to get him.. NEVER AGAIN KAYAK OR HERTZ I'LL STICK WITH ENTERPRISE

There were cars on the lot that appeared to be for rent.

Cons:

The counter staff reported credit card chip reader had been down for weeks, and since all my credit cards are chip-enabled, their system would not process my credit card. I was unable to rent the car that I had reserved, a first in over two decades of renting cars.
