Customer service was very professional. I mistakenly made the reservation for downtown Minneapolis instead of the airport. We picked it up there, but they allowed for return to the airport and waived the additional fee which was extremely helpful on our return.Cons:
The car had a perfumey smell that we couldn't get out and it really bothered us. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine. The car was in good shape, no technical difficulties; felt safe.Avis

Hertz would not allow me to be the driver and allow her to pay for it on her credit card.
