The main reason I like renting at Enterprise Minneapolis Downtown location if for the after hours return option to the ramp.Cons:
Had to wait 20 minutes for a car to be ready. Had to wait 10 minutes to return the car. With only one or two people working, they are never actually available to help the customer.10.0 Wonderful

The rental had a bit of a funky smell to it, but not funky enough to make me upset. I would suggest finding an aromatic solution of sorts.Budget

I was able to drop the car off at the airport.Cons:
When communicating by phone I would have liked to talk to someone in Minneapolis or at least the US not someone out of the country. I would have liked to pick up my car at the airport or at least provided with a free shuttle to downtown Minneapolis.10.0 Wonderful

Customer service was very professional. I mistakenly made the reservation for downtown Minneapolis instead of the airport. We picked it up there, but they allowed for return to the airport and waived the additional fee which was extremely helpful on our return.Cons:
The car had a perfumey smell that we couldn't get out and it really bothered us. Otherwise everything was absolutely fine. The car was in good shape, no technical difficulties; felt safe.Avis

The car smelled incredibly smoky - so bad that it stayed on my clothes after I left the car. It was gross. The car was not clean when I picked it up. I returned the car three days early because I could not stand the smell.8.0 Very good

As a gift my mother was renting my girlfriend and I a car to see if we might want to purchase the same type of vehicle. Hertz would not allow me to be the driver and allow her to pay for it on her credit card. But we also were allowed to put her as the driver if she was technically never going to be driving the vehicle.Eagle Rent A Car
