Cons: The long wait to return and they forgot I was waiting. Fourty minutes is too long for returning call. The car was rented before checking my gas usage and there was some confusion about it. I did receive credit for a full tank of gas for future rental. So there was at least some compensation for my time.

Pros: Sam in Hopkins was a nice guy and was helpful when he walked me through the different discounts I was eligible for. I called at 9:30am for a pickup and he arrived before 10am. Great job Sam!
Cons: Nothing. Excellent customer experience.

wrong location pick up
Pros: I thought I was to pick up my car at the airport. When I realized it was an off airport site, Enterprise was very good about canceling the reservation. However, to pick up the car at the airport, tripled the price! I went on line, at the airport, reserved a car - but it went to another vendor.
Cons: If Enterprise would have honored my original reservation price, or even near that, I would have stayed with them. As it was, I went to another vendor and actually got a lower price then I was originally going to pay.

Waiting at the counter but good car
Pros: The car was very clean, they took good care care of me and changed my reservation last minute (I book in a different agency)
Cons: Waiting at the counter
Also the airport rental return trafic signage is not great at the airport but that's not their fault of course
