The pick-up staff was not friendly. the drop-off staff was very friendly. Also had a problem with pairing phone with media system. Had to go back. Thomas was extremely patient and helpful.9.2 Wonderful

Pros:
We reserved a car for a busy holiday weekend. Enterprise was awesome. They called us two days before to confirm and start check-in, and they advised us to show up super early to avoid any lines (which we did). During our trip, the car got dinged in a parking lot. Enterprise didn't charge us anything and helped us file a claim with our insurance company. Really great customer service all the way through. Plus the car was beautiful and clean.8.0 Very good

Pretty decent experience overall. No problem getting my vehicle nor dropping it off.Cons:
The vehicle came with an issue that I was unaware of until about 10 hours into my trip. The tail light was not working, but you know, I didn't get pulled over, and when I told them of the issue, they said even if I got a ticket they would've taken care of it. So I guess it's still pretty good.Budget

Staff was wonderful. Unfortunately Budget doesn't provide the location with vehicles for the day until two hours before the site opens for business, so there was a long delay from check-in until my rental was ready.Cons:
Turnover could be improved for cleaning vehicles by either having more staff or providing vehicles to be sterilized earlier.7.6 Good

The car was not clean when I picked up. I saw visible fingerprints on GPS screen, crumbs in the cup holder, and stains on both front seats. About 45 min into my 4 hour drive back to NY, the “!” Icon began to flash indicating the back right tire was low on air. I don’t typically drive so had no idea how to put air in tires or how much. Called Roadside assistance and was on hold forever. Luckily a cop pulled up at the gas station and was able to help me. These things should be checked before customers drive off w the cars. During COVID pandemic I feel that cleanliness should be a priority!10.0 Wonderful

Jamie was wonderful. I'd reserved the car for 7 a.m. but was dropped off by my Uber before 6:45. Jamie saw me outside in the chilly weather, went and got the car for me and let me start my rental a little early. Excellent customer service.Hertz

Pros:
The staff was exceptionally helpful. They were low on cars and initially going to "upgrade" me to a crossover, but when I stressed the fuel economy they turned around a car in minutes that had been returned since I showed up. And then, when I returned after 6 pm (but before the staff left), they accepted the vehicle without question. I also really appreciated that by paying in advance (not sure if a regular Hertz thing or just a limited thing) I was able to save a significant amount over other local competitors that I've used previously. Even with the more limited hours of this small shop, I would definitely consider using this Hertz location again.4.0 Mediocre

The rental office is on a busy main street, and the pick up/drop off usually requires double parking. The staff is used to this and handles the challenge adroitly, but as renter dropping of a car, it was a little nerve-wracking.7.2 Good
