Staff was very helpful and friendly. They quickly realized the issue caused by booking through Kayak which was they identified an Enterprise 20 miles from the airport at a different price. We still had to pay higher price due to a tax difference.Cons:
Kayak listed car rental places that were not near BDL airport so the competitive pricing was misleading. The Enterprise by BDL had to re-book our car rental at a higher price. We could have paid less through Alamo. The car we got was out alignment and I noticed the yellow dash indicator.8.4 Very good

Jake from the Airport Rd. office called to make sure I wanted his (Brainard Airport) office in Hartford, and not them more likely Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks, serving the Hartford area. Thay was going above and beyond and saved me a LOT of trouble. The Bradley shop honored the rate (with higher taxes) and were friendly and professional. I have been scammed by the Alamo/National tactics and highly recommend Enterprise over those two chains.Cons:
Only that the website didn't make the location abundantly clear. The system should know that "Hartford" might mean Bradley and alert the buyer. That may be Kayak's problem, not sure.10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
When I brought back the car I mentioned that it smelled of smoke, That was something I had not noticed when I picked the car up but as the week went on the smell got stronger. The young man helping me asked how he could help and I told him I would appreciate not having to pay the $50 fee for dropping the car off at a different location. He asked me to come to the office and the manager there gave me a $25 credit, she could not waive the entire $50 fee but she and her staff's response was so positive and so quick I was fine with the $25.10.0 Wonderful

Picked up my car at the West Hartford CT location and dropped it at the Bradley International Airport location. Both are staffed with personable, friendly and efficient people. I had to bring a car back because of an issue and had no problems getting a better car at the West Hartford location. I had filled the gas tank when I picked up the first car and the customer service person gave me credit for bringing back a car with a full tank of gas.Thrifty

Pros:
Nothing at all after checking my reservation it stated that sixt will be closing at 3pm and we gave them a call to let them know that our flight will be getting in at 2:15 pm and once we got there we was told that someone else took the car that we reserved for weeks ago. This facility rather more money over customer service I will not be booking with this company ever again even if it's my last resort. I will take a lyfe or Uber first before stepping into this establishment again10.0 Wonderful
