The process for both pick-up and drop-off were super quick and easy, despite obvious limitations with covid.Cons:
They left me in the dark about my refund for my deposit for using a debit card at pick-up. Still unsure if and when I’ll be receiving it back.5.2 Fair

Pros:
Staff was very helpful and friendly. They quickly realized the issue caused by booking through Kayak which was they identified an Enterprise 20 miles from the airport at a different price. We still had to pay higher price due to a tax difference.Cons:
Kayak listed car rental places that were not near BDL airport so the competitive pricing was misleading. The Enterprise by BDL had to re-book our car rental at a higher price. We could have paid less through Alamo. The car we got was out alignment and I noticed the yellow dash indicator.8.4 Very good

Pros:
Our flight wasn't until 7:30 p.m. and the car had to be returned at 11 a.m... We called Andrew at the Hartford location and for 4.$ extra we were able to keep the car until 4. They also allowed us to drop the car at a location closer to the airport. The experiecne made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you Enterprise. Your new loyal customers,10.0 Wonderful

i couldnt get a reserve a car even though i made the reservation and paid for insurance . very bad service my weekend trip was destroyed. such an unreliable service10.0 Wonderful

Everything went smoothly. Drop-off was easy. Melanie assisted at drop-off and she was very pleasant considering she had another customer that was seated in the lobby continually interjecting and yelling at her as she tried to assist me.5.2 Fair

Pros:
Nothing at all after checking my reservation it stated that sixt will be closing at 3pm and we gave them a call to let them know that our flight will be getting in at 2:15 pm and once we got there we was told that someone else took the car that we reserved for weeks ago. This facility rather more money over customer service I will not be booking with this company ever again even if it's my last resort. I will take a lyfe or Uber first before stepping into this establishment again10.0 Wonderful
