The hotel had very friendly and helpful staff members, the continental breakfast was as good as any in more upscale hotels, and the 24/7 access to free juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruit and cookies was delightful.
The gym and pool are locked at 10 PM. I was hoping to hit the gym around then. Also, I was put on the the first floor with a window right on the parking lot and a loud pick up truck that started fairly early. A little dog next door was mostly quiet.
It was nice and clean, the staff was very nice. A little far from where I needed to be, but overall it was great

Proximity to downtown Buffalo, and Ralph Wilson Stadium. Ease of access to I-90. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Good choice of items for breakfast.
Beautiful room. The room was huge! Great breakfast and open early. Friendly staff.
We were only there for a very short overnight and could not fully enjoy the lovely room.
It was clean and the staff were friendly
Thecontinental breakfast was a little iffy
The staff did their best in view of the reluctance of the manager to handle the disaster in the car park.
The manager had no idea how to cope with the snow that hit the area on Tuesday. The parking lot was completely snowed in. The manager made no attempt to try to hire the privately owned ploughs patrolling Dingens Rd. Guests paid them and were successful.
Room is spacious
Thought they say the hotel is non smoking building it has the smoking smell every where In the hotel
The rooms have a really weird smell. It smells like wet carpet.
It's definitely a two star hotel. It may well be a decent hotel for the two star level, but I thought it was overpriced for what we received. It's clean-ish and the staff were friendly. No real complaints, but it leaves an overall sense of 'I'd rather be somewhere else'.
We were every pleased with our stay, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice. Will definitely stay here again when we come to visit family.
They charge me extra for a non smoking room Plus they also bill me for the room after I already pay priceline
regular 2 star
For price I book it on priceline.com I had smoking and stinking room I had to pay $20 more to move to normal room
The front desk staff very friendly, helpful withdirections and things to do,pool was very clean, every thing well maintained, cookies at front desk we a nice touch and googood!
The breakfast is great.
The first room smelled badly but they were nice about changing it. Pool is too small and uninviting.
it was close to people I was visiting
front desk personnel not very helpful, called me 'Honey'
No problems. Breakfast could have been better, especially the microwaved frozen eggs, but otherwise, very nice stay. Pleasant for the dog with plenty of exercise area.
Stayed with family for two nights. Initially booked at another hotel, but changed to this before travelling after seeing the comments. It is a very nice, clean hotel with spacious rooms. Still looks new. Nice breakfast too. Liked the fact they had snacks and coffee available 24/7. Only issue was the room we stayed was facing the highway/ramp, resulting in some noise. Will stay again if in the area.
LOVED THE BREAKFAST EXCELLENT FOR FREE. PLENTY OF CHOICES. ROOMS VERY CLEAN AND SPACIOUS. WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AGAIN. VERY NEW HOTEL AND OWNERS KEEP IT UP. THANKS FOR THE GREAT STAY.
The hotel was very new and clean. The staff was very friendly. There was no bar or restaurant at the location, but there was a sports bar within walking distance. The continental breakfast was surprisingly excellent. A wide variety of fresh food.
Our hotel stay was very good. Everyone was polite and professional. Thanks and I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Our family recently needed to find a smoke free hotel room in Buffalo close to the Roswell Park Cancer Center with ample room for five as we had three of our four children traveling with us to visit my sister at Roswell. Due to severe arthritis we chose a handicap access room and found the bathroom to be equipped exactly as needed and ample room in the hotel room itself to set up the extra roll-away bed for one of our sons. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Often when traveling we have had trouble with the heating or cooling system, yet we had no trouble at all with the heat and fan in our room. The hotel provided a lovely breakfast, complete with waffles prepared by one of the staff. Should we travel to Buffalo again, this hotel would be our first choice.
stayed at this new hotel with my children for 2 days and our experience was very good the staff was very friendly ,rooms very clean breakfast was a large variety of different foods, the 2 room suite with jacuzzi i stayed in has bathroom with 10 jets in shower was fabulous. we also enjoyed the 32 inch lcd tv in the room. pool was very cozy with waer fountian ,very conviently located outside buffalo downtown. very close to shopping and airport. i will recommend this hotel to everybody.
