I can't say enough good things about this hotel! It felt like home! Ahhh what a feeling!
Perhaps adding more to the breakfast but I did enjoy the oatmeal and fresh whole fruit. You won't be disappointed with this one!
I came in late and they gave me a little extra time before check out.
Night staff is a little strange. I wish it had been indicated on my itinerary that the lobby closes at 11.It was very clean and easy to find. I would stay here again. The bed is uncomfortable but come on people, it's a 2 star hotel. We knew what we were getting into.
This room should not have been rented a piece of the counter was missing the doors were falling of the cabinits and the tv didn't work worst time ever it even looked like the sheets weren't changed from the last guest ( food stains ) will never stay there
Upon check-in the woman out the front desk was absolutely wonderful. We had a pleasant chat and check-in was a breeze. The room was a little bit nicer than I expected from the pictures. The bathroom was very roomy compared to other hotel bathrooms.
The room was very nice and clean, however in the morning when lounging around a bit noticed a pair of socks shoved under the bed a bit. They were not ours.I would definitely recommend this hotel. We only stayed one night, but I could see how great it would be if staying for an extended period.
The manner of professionalism and hospitality displayed by the staff member was tops too say the least. The close proximity of Philadelphia to some of the entertaining venue and great restaurants a plus. This place is for the ones who are on a budget.
No fault of the hotel but the entrance coming off of Rte. 295 exit present a possible traffic incident waiting to happen.Your opinion of this hotel will probably depend on the reason for your stay and how much time you spend in the room. It is not luxurious, but it is by no means a sub par hotel. You've probably seen the other reviews about certain expectations for the price but it's what you make of it and to ask.
Being this was an extended stay, the refrigerator in the room was extremely loud
chose because pets allowed, was not told of extra fee for pet then charged on way out - would not have chosen this deal if I knew I was going to be charged extra -- was poor value when this was added and did not intend to pay so much for one nightminimal attendance at front desk; no phone in room; soap but no other toiletries; mainly disappointed that pet fee was imposed without any prior knowledge
I was given a smoking room despite having requested a non-smoking room. Management blamed it on 'opacity' of orders placed by Priceline and won't accommodate -- telling me to try again tomorrow after 7 AM so they can see if non-smoking room was availableThe whole third floor stinks of tobacco. I was given a smoking room despite having requested a non-smoking room. Management blamed it on 'opacity' of orders placed by Priceline and won't accommodate -- telling me to try again tomorrow after 7 AM so they can see if non-smoking room was available. No bother. I turned on fan all day long to reduce the tobacco smell. I am not coming back to this property ever.
