The bed was very nice (and brand new). There was a lot to like. But they’re doing construction inside the hotel right now and decided that it’s a good idea to have it worked on at 9am on a Saturday. Now, that’ll eventually stop, but I don’t like what it says about the people managing the hotel. Seems like they prioritize a couple more hours a day of construction work over the customers experience…

Cons:The place smelled like vomit. The front desk guy Sanjiv was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, rude, and disrespectful. We came in at 4am trying to get a room after a long night of traveling. He quoted $130 a price higher than what I saw online and I asked if he would honor the online price of $95 and he told me if I didn’t like his price to book it online. I stood there and booked it online at the front desk and he disappears. Another customer comes in he checks them in for the $130 price. I go back to give him my checkin info and he says the booking is for a checkin of 1pm. I asked him if we could check in now bc I wasn’t able to book for yesterday since it’s 4am current day and we would check out at 11 anyway and he said no, call the online booking to have them change it. I spent 45 minutes waiting to connect with someone online and explained the situation. They call to talk to him, afterward they told me they can’t do anything and only he could make the change. The only option is they can cancel the reservation and I would have to reserve with him. I ask to confirm the rate and he said it’s now $150 where 50 minutes ago it was $130!? WTF. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!

Cons:Very difficult to find the hotel on a rainy, dark night like we experienced. Located close to a seedy part of town. Hallways and rooms had carpeting separating from walls, and bathroom had tiles missing and loose. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:The night desk clerk, Nick, was very helpful and accommodating. The common areas and rooms were serviceable and clean. Airport shuttle was prompt with plenty of departure times. Yes it is an older hotel but overall good value for the money. The staff, housekeeping, front desk and shuttle drivers were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:First off, the hotel itself did not look that bad from the lobby. Once you walk in the room it is disgusting all the tiles on the ceiling are water marked the wall paper is peeling and the bed looked crusty and old. The safety of the place wasn't that great either. I immediately went down stairs and told the front desk of my displeasure. They told me they can't refund my money but give me another room. Me and my girlfriend decided to give it a try but ultimately it was just as bad. The smell of this hotel was also disgusting as well. I immediately left without a refund, when I contacted kayak about some type of refund they told me they would give the hotel a call and it turns out they do not answer your call. Been trying Wyndham corporate for days now and still no answer. It is unbelievable how this place is even open. Thank god for the red roof plus down the street.Do yourself a favor do not stay here.
