Cons:Light in room was dim. After being woken up two nights listening to trash be removed. I decided to sleep with hvac fan on to give me white noise

Pros:Location was great for walking or using mass transit to see many of the sights of the city and be close to the train station. Bed was very comfortable. Refrigerator, microwave, and even dishes to use in the microwave were in the "kitchenette". Able to leave baggage before check in/after check out in secured area. *I was told about the $50 hold for incidental fees*

Pros:The room layouts are convenient, the cleanness of the hotel is up to par, and the hotel is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Chicago and there is a convenient social bar downstairs!
Cons:Customer service representatives at the front desk were not helpful. I personally would not recommend this hotel before another hotel because of the service I received; but the hotel is very nice and in a great location.
