Location to my meeting
Size of roomHotel was very friendly and conveniently located only thing I didn't like was the size of the room.
Very clean and modernIt was excellent for a 1 night get away, great hotel for the price. Rom was pretty small but we basically were only in there to sleep.
Friendly staff. Great location.
Rooms are on the small side, but that didn't bother much.
The location and the staff
The rooms were on the small side and the bathrooms did not have enough counter space
Cheap Priceline deal! Rooms were great and we were upgraded for free. Comfortable beds and there was room for our child's pack n play. Willis Tower within walking distance. I felt secure...in elevator you had to use your room key to go up. Quiet rooms
The hotel did not give us any info upon arrival as to area or what hotel offered. The parking ramp that gives a discount is actually a 4 block walk. $24 a day for parking.
The hotel was very clean. They staff was very helpful.
Not really. The room was pretty small, but for two people it worked out very well.
Excellent location, still quiet in the room. Very friendly service. Loved the free water!Stayed in the hotel for two nights. Booked it mainly for location, but really enjoyed my stay there. The rooms were nice and clean and also really quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A big plus were also the water dispensers where you could fill up bottles.
It felt more like staying in a club vs. an impersonal hotel. The staff was great and there are some good perks like the downstairs lounge and printing.
Location is fine for business but a bit dead on the weekend. However the blue and red lines are very close by.This ended being an even better experience than I thought. The value was definitely there for the price. It's centrally located but more toward central loop so good of you have business in that area. The room was on the smaller side but it didn't feel cramped. The desk was great and the bed very comfortable. Everything was new and very clean. The public spaces were welcoming with a lot of choices on where to sit. The espresso machine was a nice perk. The staff were very welcoming and when I ordered a yoga kit it was brought up. To my room promptly. Would definitely consider staying there again. Great deal.
The staff at this hotel is excellent. We received a free upgrade since the rooms are very small and we had our teenage children with us.
This hotel has very small rooms.
The rooms were very nice and the staff was very friendly and accomodating.
I had to upgrade my room to accomodate 4 people. When I ordered the room on Priceline I said it was for 4 people so I was very disappointed to learn that they were strictly 1 bed rooms. For an additional $30 I was able to get a pull out sofa.I was happy with the room but not happy with Priceline's advertising. Very misleading. The total price according to Priceline should have been xxx however it did not accomodate 4 people. I had to spend an additional $30 so my total room cost almost xxx
