The toilet is dirty
I had a super spacious room with a nice bathroom! The lobby was super cool and the snack selection is super cool and techy. Super clean and comfortable and the valet was super quick!!! The bar off the lobby was really nice as well!
Really great if you want to be down town! I have my all friends in River North so it was a bit of a haul but that was MY FAULT!! Overall I think it's a great location but I didn't plan ahead. And my view was of an alley on both sides but hey, that happens!
I loved the lobby and the size of the room, as well as the staff and the location.
I thought the bathroom in our room needed to be updated. It was old and dingy
Pull out “couch” turned out to be a chair, hotel was dated, bathroom was not like the photos, shower was small and outdated, overall wouldn’t call this a 4 star hotel, more of a 3 star. Also, their security hold on my card was an issue because 1. Was told there was no charge, 2. Was $170 so it was immediately taken from my credit card. They should be more upfront about this policy.
Staff was both nice and respectful! Room was cozy and clean. Great location.
Elevator kept stopping on floors and getting stuck w/o the door opening. Decided to take stairwell and got locked in and had to call hotel staff to get us out. My four year old was having an anxiety due to this. There should be a no re-entry sign...
