clean and nice for the price was really great!!! a lot of people there but it was guiet, overall it was great.
breakfast space was really small.
location was great , place to eat in walking distance.
Phone line was not working properly , i had no idea because i never tried to use (had cell phones), staff woke me up to repair phone even though I said I did not need to use phone in the room.
I really enjoy the room , it way very clean. The motel is in a good location . I will stay again!
the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the hotel was close to the venue wewere attending
the air conditioning worked sporatically and the bathroom looked as if it was in the middle of a badly needed remodel and they ran out of money
Apon arrival front desk lady was VERY RUDE! Room was dirty (I cleaned the bathroom) Very noisy with traffic because it's right on the highway! Free breakfast was gone before ending time!
Air conditioning didn't work
It was a big room with queen size bed as advertised.
You sent me a 10 percent discount but they wouldn't let me use it. Continental breakfast was disappointing. Cereal was stale.
Location was convenient, room was clean
I prefer to stay in hotels with a central corridor and a secure entrance. Also, we had to carry bags up an outside staircase.
Poor wiring. No hot water in the sink. Switched us to a smoking room from a requested non-smoking room (I have asthma!) No view in the room we were finally given.
We needed a place to stay for the night on a weekend trip and this hotel met our needs. It was a good value, which was the main selling point.
It was the most run-down Days Inn I have ever stayed in, anywhere; in bad need of renovation.
Room was cheap but got put in the annex side of building connected to a Mexican Restaurant. Room had drop ceiling tiles that sagged. We just were passing through and needed a bed to sleep on, but this was definitely NOT a 2 star hotel.
I could get 4G on my Verizon phone...
Room was run down and the tv only worked for the first 5 min before turning all red and going quiet.
When we walked in our room there were roaches on the wall,we got in late so we did our best to ignore the pest and get some rest..
Wifi was down and clerk acted as if it was no big deal and not her problem. I needed it for work and it was needed Saturday.
Doors were wide open when we checked in. Rooms not clean. Offensive odors. ALL linnen had stains. Dog friendly motel with numerous dogs barking. Cold water didn't work in sink. Door latch looked like it had been kicked in and not properly reattached.
Internet poor and not working ,no flat screen TV and the breakfast was at best, poor. looked like they used the leftovers from the day before,
the pool was clean
the breakfast was a joke. you were lucky if you got a descent donut. continental breakfast but there was the bare minimum. so sad.
Our family loves tacos so naturally having a Mexican restaurant on premises was AWESOME! The staff was very friendly, our room was neat and exactly what we needed. stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our vacation and again 1 more night on the return.
Room was newer than expected based on reviews and quite spacious for what it was but I assumed it was near Helen, Ga it was a 45 min drive but not a bad ride very scenic. I would probaly stay there again though.
Not really close to Helen as advertised.
Easy to find, right on the main strip through town. Close to resturants and stores.
Everything was just average. Nothing special about the accomodations.
Location was convenient to everything we wanted to do.
Breakfast was very meager.
It was very old and run down. The walls had large scratches and indentions, the bathroom door had a hole in it where someone had punched it. The bathroom sink was completely cracked into 2 parts, carpet was ratty, it felt dirty, and moldy.
It was convient to get to.
Bad water pressure Dirty moldy shower Gross carpet Smells of a Mexican restaurant Painfully hard bed (I'm literally still aching from it days later) Single towel in room
Water pressure was horrendous in the morning. You could hear showers running and had to wait until they stopped so that you would have water for showering.
Room was unlocked when I got to the room. Partially used toiletries from previous guests was still in the room.
Close to area attractions and our Family reunion.
Pool needed to be behind a privacy fence because of being so close to the main Highway. Motel room carpet needed to be cleaned or shampooed. After 5 min or so walking barefoot on the carpet the bottoms of my feet were black.
Location to my meeting place and proximity to restaurants, etc
It is old and tired
location, friendly front desk lady
Bugs in the room, flies in the window, ants in the bathroom and sink area, also moths in the bathroom. Cob webs on the walls and ceiling. Smoke detector hanging by wires, wallpaper boarder falling off.Carpet filthy, it turned our socks black
Seemed dirty. Blankets had moth holes, bathroom door had a hole, Tile grout filthy. Toilet flush sounded like a het plane landing. They changed out towel racks and left the old one with no bar affixed to wall. Parking was tight. Staff seemed harried.
The location was convenient.
The other people staying at the hotel were very loud. It appeared that some of them might have been there longterm and treated it more like a home.
Loved the balcony with beautiful view of the river - staff was very accomadating and an enjoyed the indoor poor.
NOT BAD FOR THE MONEY. DON'T STAY HERE IN THE WINTER. 18 DEGREE OUTSIDE, 60 DEGREE IN ROOM WITH THE HEATER WIDE OPEN.
This hotel was centrally located to the areas we were visiting. The price was the best over the other hotels in the area. The room was clean & comfortable. Staff were very nice & helpful.
Staff told us our room wasnt used much. Dirt in tub from lack of use. Noisy kitchen right below. Interior hallway amplified highway noise. Staff was friendly. Should be rated as 1 star.
Very good value. Clean comfortable friendly .convenient to my needs.
We wanted an overnite stay with a pool, the pool is right beside the highway so not only was it noisey but there was no privacy hedge or fence. The room served its purpose for a place to sleep overnite. The staff was very friendly and helpful . Not luxury accomodations but then we didn't to pay the price for luxury accomodations.
New paint, carpet, and fixtures, but no new mattresses? The mattress was U shaped. Pricey. Desk clerk was surly. New paint needed a second or third coat to hide old paint. Roach crawled across wall between beds.
