I liked that it was very colorful! The paintings/pictures felt natural. The mini fridge was a good size. Your staff was very welcoming! We just made a stop in Clovis, so your hotel was our only Clovis experience so far, and we will be coming back. Tnx!
everything about the hotel was on the better side of--good
I was checking my bank statement, and I was charged $20.00 more and was trying to get a hold of the hotel to find out why.. and haven't been able to. I'll keep trying.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. Maintenance was very good. All exits required room key for entry and were in working order. Main entrance was well in view of front desk. Public areas were very clean and roomy.
If traveling US 84 as we were, hotel was several miles from hiway. Not really a problem but a small inconvenience. Hotel breakfast was average for price included breakfast even though it appeared fresh. I usually just stick to a waffle and it was great.
The night staff (she said she has just started working there) and her manager were absolutely fantastic! Loved the hotel, location, our room, and the FREE breakfast.
Everything was great!
Location away from Clovis' railroads
a little high-priced atxxx plus taxes.
Doors slam when closed. Other guests don't close them quietly.
clean and good price
Price was good.
AC had not been turned on and room was hot. Was told they served breakfast at 7:30am, asked twice. Went to store and bought breakfast for next morning. As I was leaving at 6:15am breakfast was being served.
cleanliness, breakfast was pretty good.
It was a very comfortable room with a great bed.
No, everything was good as usual when I book through Priceline.
We checked into the hotel after dark, hooked up our DVD player and watched movies. \n\nOn deciding it was time to go to sleep, went to pull the curtains to block the NUMEROUS BRIGHT parking lot lights and found the curtains in 2nd and 3rd floor rooms (we were on the 2nd floor originally) were not designed to close. After checking available rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floors, we were rewarded with curtains that closed in a first floor room. Stuart (the second shift desk clerk) and Wendy (the third shift desk clerk) were incredibly helpful. \n\nThe hot tub is TOP-NOTCH with several strong and mild bubble streams...the hotel is immaculate (I believe a wet vac was used after I tracked in from the hot tub)...the breakfast hostess is INCREDIBLY friendly...and the desk folks worked diligently to get us into a room where the curtains closed.\n\nThe most surprising fact about the situation was that neither Stuart or Wendy seemed to be aware that the curtains did not fully close. \n\nIf you stay at this hotel and require a dark room in which you can sleep, be sure to ask for a room on the first floor.
I absolutly loved this hotel. I've never stayed where the whole staff was completly friendly...from the front desk staff to the breakfast woman. I loved this hotel! Plus it was very clean, and didn't have that 'hotel' smell.
this was a very nice motel with lots of common space. room was clean and neat, breakfast was wonderful, staff very cordial
Probably the worst new hotel we have ever stayed guest noise was unbelievable all night long. We had to get our own soaps and shampoos, never stay here again
To whom it may concern, I called to try an dget my husband a room. Your hotel was booked. The person I spoke with, X was more than helpful!! He went above and beyond the call of duty. When I could not find a # to a different hotel, I called back and he not only gave it to me, but offered to call them for me since I am in Missouri!! What an asset X is to your team!! Thank you so much to him!!
