Very comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom. Very modern and clean. Quiet and air conditions - we all had a fabulous night's sleep before a very long trip. Great location from train station and airport. Breakfast was really good. Great selection of foods very friendly servers.
Check in was a bit protracted - my husband had to fill out a rather long form with information we had submitted to the online app. There was some confusion regarding the airport shuttl;e being ordered ( a taxi which the hotel paid for took us with time to spare, but the front desk seemed perplexed by our request, although it had been made and confirmed at check in and the advertized free transport to the airport was one odf the main reasons we chose the hotel). We had requested a second bed for the children, but was eventually told it wasn't available, but we were offered a second room (not clear whether it would have been a further expense or not, we prefered to sleep together) but we simply wanted extra bedding for the girls to camp out on the floor, which they did happily, and comfortably.
Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location for us but a little out of town, brand new hotel so everything working. Good english spoken by the staff. very spacious rooms and en-suite.
Rooms a little sparse, only 1 electric plug socket in the room. lighting could be improved over the dressing table.
