Hotel is easy to find especially at night. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Pool and fitness center open 24 hrs. Great breakfast.
Shower had low pressure and had to wait for hot water. This was the only issue!
comfortable bed, quality linens & towels, breakfast
The room was very clean and comfortable. This was our second stay at this hotel in the course of the week, and the first opportunity to take advantage of the extremely nice pool and the convenient laundry.
Mosquitoes at the front entrance.
The hotel was very clean. Rooms décor was modern and updated. Breakfast was very good.
There were swarms of mosquitoes under the lights at the hotel entrance. Perhaps a bug zapper is would help. We pulled beyond the entrance canopy in a shaded area to prevent insects from flying into vehicle while unpacking.
Quiet and clean. Good breakfast.
Slight smell of mold in bathroom
Everything nice hotel!
Very good stay all services are excellent
Resturant choices in the area are Pizza Mexican and Sandwiches. No other choices. Not the fault of the hotel.
location, staff very helpful, good breakfast
Location, price, clean, hot breakfast
Better directions on website on which exit to take. Web says West and sign at exit notes E so it is confusing. We went on past the proper exit thinking there must be a W exit. We then drove around for 20 minutes getting lost and on the other side of la
very clean for a Best Western
after 10pm, the nearest gas/food/store is 15 miles away
The employees at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the freeway for easy access. The amenities, i.e., the business center, breakfast, fitness room, and pool were very nice.
The water seemed to be too warm in the hot tub near the pool.
Its location on Interstate 80
The handicap access did not work for us as we needed 2 beds in the room. All handicap rooms had only a king. It would have been nice to have comfort height toilets. It would have been nice to have a table lamp on the table, there was one by the bed.
Friendly, helpful staff and clean and quiet room.
The air conditioner could have been cooler.
Staff were very helpful at breakfast made sure everything was topped up. The 24 hour pool was awesome after a hard day skiing! Room was a decent size for the two of us.
The walls were a little thin but neighbours weren't too disruptive, not much choice for food for dinner, you are out of the action a bit as park city and canyons are about half an hour drive away, but great for the price we paid especially during sundance
We felt right at home at this hotel. Very clean, and each day when we returned from snow boarding the room smelled really nice. The Hot Tub really hit the spot after a day on the slopes. There was even a micro wave, and mini fridge in the room. It may be a little out of the way from the ski resorts but, It really is an exceptional place! Worth the few extra minutes of drive time.
Very clean and good family place. Very nice that the excercise and hot tub are 24 hours. Breakfast is a big plus too (not fancy, but eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.). Less than 30 minutes from Park City, so much cheaper place to stay to ski. The hotel is on the highway and easy to get to, but their is not much around if you want to eat after about 8:00pm. You have to drive 20 minutes up the highway towards Park City to find anything open later in the evening.
The staff was extremely friendly and the room was great. I would stay there again. The only complaint I have is my pillow was too small. Other than that it was great.
Good freeway access. Rooms were quiet, clean, and comfortable. Excellent buffet breakfast - even bacon and boiled eggs. Highly recommend.
The hotel was clean and the pool was nice and they had a computer to use. I thought the bed was okay, not as good as the Red Lion and Hampton Inn. The breakfast could be improved by adding healthier choices, such as fruit, yogurt and some protein. They had gross microwave bacon that melted a plate in less than 15 sec. when we tried to warm it. I wish they warned you that it only took 5 sec. to warm, so I didn't potentially set the place on fire.
