For a historic getaway among the tranquil mountain climate, The Antlers Hotel offers the quintessential space to enjoy Colorado's multitude of treasures.
Close to where I needed to be.
A lot! It was NOT a Hilton as advertised! And the quality was apparent. Dirty and extra charges for everything! And my hair dryer didn't work.
The staff was wonderful. It was christmas eve and everyone was smiling and cheerful. It made for a nice brief stay.
Good downtown location.
Instead of being up front and telling us that the room we reserved wasn't available, we were sent to a room that didn't resemble our reservation, causing us to return to the front desk. An unpleasant experience.
The space and the 24 Hour pool and Spa
The fact they double charged my card was my only complaint and still dealing with the issue of reimbursement
Big clean room. Nice restaurant. Very convenient parking.
convenience to downtown
Great location but be wary of using debit cards to check in as they will charge you a hefty fee for the duration of your stay. Rooms are dated and bathrooms are the size of a closet. Fitness center and pool were nice and the restaurant had good food.
The 17 dollar charge for parking
Our room rug was stained & looked dirty, inside and outside of door was stained and beat up. Bed was too small for 2 ppl. Had to kill huge cockroach looking bug. Staff were not helpful & they want to charge you extra for every little thing.
Ac did not work
Large, cleans room
No mention of exorbitant parking fee
Room was to small Queen bed was not queen size it barely was enough room for my spouse and I. Too much money for less then spectaclar room.
The view was great!
Bathroom is a little outdated. No free Parking, but plenty of free street parking between 8pm-8am
The hotel is older but maintained very well. I loved that the hotel was walking distance to so many downtown restaurants and was centrally located to a lot of attractions. Pool and work out facility were really nice.
The bathroom was really small. You have to pay for parking.
The location is fabulous. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Judge Baldwins bar and grill is a great place to grab a Colorado Draft beer!
the lobby is grand, the pool and gym were great
you have to pay $17 per day for parking
The location was nice and the pool was nice
It was very outdated and smelled horribly like mildew. The drain in the bathroom didn't work nor did the toilet
Loved being central Colorado Springs-close to the interstate.
Thought it was highway robbery to charge $50.00 for a pet fee. The hotel is not that nice!! Could use some updating. Have to pay for parking too.
Luxury, excellent restaurant in hotel & fun bar area
Crazy parking building / expensive
Was disappointed that I had to pay extra for parking, hotel seemed a little over priced for location and amenities.
Having to pay for parking.
Location was close to restaurants and local attractions
Room was right in front of a construction levy
The staff was friendly and it was convenient to park in a covered garage.
The room was not very modern, but it was clean. The tub had chipped paint and I would have been very disappointed if I had paid the advertised rate of $---- + tax.
This is an older hotel and is ok considering it is outdated and not very modern.
Its $18 a day to park in a garage...u better drive a smart car to fit!! Or have lots of practice on the Indy 500 sharp turns while avoiding obstacles. The rms are ok. If you are a cple the bed shakes with every slight mvmnt. Not a 4* to me. A 3 at best!
The location is very convenient. Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly. Hotel was good but they need to spend more time looking a flooding tubs and leaky faucets.
The staff at front desk did not inform us of repairs in upper floors. Our first day was very noisy. Parking was awful but we were told it was under renovation. The Starbucks coffee by the lobby needs to go. They don't know how to make coffee.
When I got to my room, there was a stack of dirty sheets next to the door. On the other side of the door with two bags of trash. The staff came and cleaned it up but that should never been there.
Grand Historic Hotel. Lobby was just beautiful. Some of the Furniture was antique. Staff was attentive to our needs and the beautiful view of the mountains from our room was amazing.
Parking was $22! And we were advised that this did not include gratuity each time the car was brought up from the garage. The carpet in the room was threadbare worn and dirty. The restroom smelled like urine although looked very clean.
no free breakfast
The staff's friendliness, the location and lobby along with its amenities.
The hotel is a bit dated with wallpaper pealing in a few spots
Location, Public areas, Breakfast buffet although pancakes were not offered.
Room cleaningness, carpet mostly. Hotel seems to be in need of renovation.
The underground parking was free and conveniently located though difficult to navigate.
Noisy. The AC gave a sudden, very loud PSSSHT! every 15 minutes waking us through the night. We could hear babies crying 2 doors down. We expected a hotel of this reputation to have more sound proofing. Bathroom fan didn't work, WiFi connection, useless.
Nice rooms and beds
Parking fee!!!!! Not specified in offer,!!!!
We were given a room with one queen bed. There were 4 of us. They kept saying they were going to bring a rollaway and it took 3 trips to the front desk to get that accomplished. The room was sparse the staff unaccomodating.
The interior of the hotel, not including the room, was very nice.
The room was small, the bathroom had water damage, the staff was less than prompt, the AC was extremely loud and the screen was torn.
my card was charged without my knowledge by the desk staff no water pressure in rooms $17 for parking is ridiculous and never stated ahead of time
Room was not what I booked. Should have been executive king, got queen standard. Advertised tub/shower combo, got small shower.
The lobby was nice. Safe parking.
The bathroom was so tiny. Open the door and it hits the toilet. Had to shut door before I could get around to the shower or toilet. I didn't like the expensive parking either. Will not use this hotel again.
Sheets appeared clean.
Parking is $17 extra, or $24 for valet. The parking structure is has a contrived layout, hard to drive and park. Hotel itself had an a 'dated' feel, the most modern item was the LCD TV! But the batteries in the remote were dead. Would not recommend
Location and view were nice.
Galaxy Fest was going on and they were drunk and extremely noisy!! Didn't fall asleep until after midnight due to a party in the next room.
They took care of my guest concerns,
I sent a newly wed couple as a wedding gift, they said dog hair, crumbs etc were on carpet, like no one used a vaccum, shower head was horrible hit the opposite wall, could not adjust it, vents were filthy, sheets were iffy. I was embarrased of my gift
The hotel s centrally located downtown, which is convenient.
This is a fairly low-budget hotel. The parking situation is ridiculous: $17/night for self-parking when there are public lots across the street charging $4-6/night. Also, no free wi-fi. Front desk staff were zombie-like.
It was close to many things
17 to 22 a day in parking, rooms out dated. Not what I expected
We were in room 1128 on the east side of the building. No mountain view, bathroom door with cracks and peeling paint, ugly pipes to sink, shabby carpeting, and the curtains did not keep out the rising sun.It sucked!
EVERYTHING ELSE. I requested a king got a queen in a closet of a room. they moved us but somehow lost my personals!!! (4 large items) A PILE of CIGARETTE BUTTS and a DIRTY RAG on a third floor landing. A LOOSE hand rail in the HANDICAPPED bathroom!!!
