I liked that you could cook your own meals...the coffee pot didn't work but they switched it out to one that did.
The coffee was weak.
kitchen allowed us to minimize food costs
nothing for children to do in facility
Great location, nice open room.
Location to where my meeting was.
Although it was a non-smoking room, room and hallway smelled of smoke. Free breakfast was a joke. I cart with prepackaged pastries (probably purchased from the circle K up the road) and stale coffee.
Breakfast was a disappointment. Super 8 does a better job. All they offered was prepackaged muffins, orange, apple, granola bars, and coffee. All kitchen items were removed from the room and had to be requested. I assume one would pay extra, too.
Associate was very polite and informative, nice room ,was surprised to see that there was a kitchen.bed was comfortable.. Good stay!!! Husband wants to go back for our 1st anniversary in May...
The only thing we didn't like was the smell of cigarette smoke. You could smell it in the halls .. Guess you can tell we're non smokers....
Rooms where very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Awesome job!
A little kitchen area to use. Staff was excellent and friendly.
I thought the pots/pans would be in the room but you had to request them. However, we were staying just one night so maybe we were in a room not set up for extended stay.
Front desk help was very kind and accommodating!
Dingy rooms, very old feeling. Promised a king bed but got a double.
Room size, Bed
Heater was not working, I get cold. Breakfast was not good. I got good breakfast in the cheaper motel then this 'Extended Stay' motel.
Mattress only used one one side due to placement of bolted t.v. needs new mattress or at least flipped to eliminate the rut on one side
Very spacious room. Very clean. Would definitely go back next trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
good room for the price, had to ask for clean sheets. they got them to us right away.
The room was not clean at all and the hotel staff never came and cleaned the room or changed the sheets the entire time I stayed there.
The room was not what I requested. The room smelled like bleach and the carpet was wet. I left the hotel and did not stay there . I am still trying to get a refund. There were no other rooms available.
I had the smallest queen bed room that Priceline could pony up for me for the price I paid, but it was sufficient. Liked the kitchen the best with most everything I needed to cook meals and get off the road food.
Breakfast was poor, granola bars and packaged muffins with weak coffee.
Location to the area I needed
Not a fan of the smoking that seems to make it into non-smoking rooms
It' s all in the details.... The tv screen was covered in dust. The picture over the bed, someone had sprayed glass cleaner on, and never wiped off. The stove was missing knobs. Overall it was ok. But not what I would have expected.
We had one bed for 5 people and iwe checked in at 2pm...then was told people were in our room yet so we couldn't go to the room. We came back 4 hrs later. And go to our room and people were in it. They moved us without telling me and has no rooms. W 2 bed
Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in was quick and efficient.
Room was on floor with smoking rooms, and smelled of smoke, and was a bit musty. Bed was stiff, and linens were thin and scratchy.
Had to wait 20 min before someone appeared and once she arrived i had to wait another 10 min while she went to physically check for a clean room ( was still dirty)
Gross room smelled like cigarettes
The location of the hotel was great!
I didn't think the desk clerks were very friendly at all.
proximity to interstate
smelling cigarette smoke when i got off elevator to go to my room.
It is in a very convenient location
the hallways smelled like someone was blowing smoke in your face, we asked for non smoking but it was one of the worst smelling hotels for cigarettes I have ever experienced. people smoking in the hall. Terrible smell, 3rd floor needs demolished.
Room was not ready for check in until 7:30 PM.
No, I didn't like it. Breakfast was only granola bars and had to wait for them to refill it to get one. Service wasn't good the staff wasn't friendly.
The staff was ok
Was hard to find and the only room they said they had left was a smoking handicap room.
Ok for the price
Staff seemed short handed and couldn't keep up. Odd that there was no public restroom. Wanted to check in 30 mins early and no rooms were available and no rest room to use
At first, they gave us a room with a broken window and wouldn't change us without a charge I asked to speak to the manager and the font desk employee wouldn't forward me. Finally, I called the hotels' corporate number and filed a complaint.
Good location, friendly staff.
The heating was terrible. It was extremely loud and noisy and made it really hard to sleep. Though the hotel overall was good but if the noise keeps you awake all night don't see much point in staying here.
It was shelter from the snowstorm
Reminding myself that we paid XXX for this room it was still just awful to be in a smoking room. Priceline could put an icon to denote smoke free establishments on its site....hint, hint. The hotel was unable (unwilling?) to give us a different room.
The over all experience was very poor.classed over booked and I could not stay. 2nd night had to pay the hotel rate, to stay and they would work on problem,I need refund from hotel for two nights lodging.urgent please contact me.will not use priceline ag
half lights were burned out or not working, and one outlet was defective and i could not charge my computer power. Hotel staff would not recognize my hotel booking and recharged me hotel rate.
the kitchens in the room
No amenities ! Sparse breakfast. No pool!!! No fitness room! What the heck?!
The price was too good to be true. Although I only stayed at the ESA for one night, I had bug bites on my leg and arm. Not sure if they were from bed bugs or fleas (several nearby rooms hosted dogs with their owners). The hotel had absolutely no amenities - not even a lobby. I realize it's for weekly and/or monthly stays, but even long-term users want to be able to get out of their room and go somewhere other than the parking lot.
Quality fit the price and room had some great amenities
Overall, the room was clean and spacious. The kitchenette was nice but could stand to have a few more utensils. The lack of a pool was disappointing as was the lack of free WiFi. I guess you get what you pay for! Overall, I would stay at this hotel again. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep with NO FRILLS AT ALL, this hotel is the place to stay.
