Employees the greatest. Thank you ..so helpful. Cooks and housekeepers all friendly and wonderfully helpful.N
That we couldn't stay a month.
The staff was wonderful! The room was beautiful and clean! It faced the mountains, and overlooked the pool area. This was the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time!
The pool gate stayed locked until about 10am. We had to go to the front desk to ask for it to be opened.
Nice place, clean friendly. Staff was outstanding. Had a great stay with mountain view and running creek just past the parking lot. We cooked out using one of many community grills. You can cook if want with a fully stocked kitchen. We had a great t
Friendly staff, convenient locations (4 restaurants within walking distance ), free use of washer and dryer, very good breakfast
Noise from barking dogs in adjacent rooms, room service came by early and woke me out.
We liked it so much we booked for the following weekend on our return home. The view of the mountains were spectacular. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We travel a lot and this is one of the best experiences.
Updated - popcorn in the room was great I was tired and didn't want to leave the room. Had popcorn for dinner.
Front desk costumer service great.
The whole environment was very relaxed! The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!
I liked that the rooms had 2 beds, plus the hide-a-bed.
There were no available spaces in front of the building, so I had to park behind the building. The TV in the room was not working at all. No cream for coffee in the room. The bathroom door didn't close. Window didn't lock. Floor wet under window.
The only positive comment about this hotel is their location.
The hotel is still under construction.
Nice layout and breakfast area, very friendly staff.
Hotel was being remodeled and had construction smell & dust. Our room had bare drywall on the ceiling in the bathroom that was unfinished.
It was being remodeled and there was not enough parking
Good service by the hotel staff. The on call manager was rude, abrupt and much to arrogant to hold his title. He was the worst part of a seven day stay in Colorado. He should be demoted and the owner should make him try to find food after a long day of traveling to an unfamiliar state.
I had a studio suite which is basically one large room with a couch, desk, and kitchenette (fridge; pots, pans, and dishes; microwave; dishwasher; sink) in addition to the bed and bathroom. It was comfortable. I had a meeting on Friday and another on Monday, so I stayed the weekend. King Supers was just down the road, so I was able to get microwave meals and drinks. There's also a TGI Fridays, Outback steakhouse, and Hooters right across the street--walking distance. This place is exactly what I look for in a hotel when I'm traveling. It's clean, it's safe, and it's convenient to things (restaurants, groceries, and the main highway, I-25). They have free breakfast in the morning, and the coffee in the lobby is decent (which is vital). The people who worked there were all really nice, and more than willing to help out when I needed something. I read some of the comments on this page that were negative, and they confused me. Was everything about my stay perfect? Of course not. But then again, nothing in life is perfect. For example, my wireless card tanked so I couldn't access the Internet. I went down to the front desk to ask for a patch cord so I could access the net through a hardwired connection, but the guy working there had no idea what I was talking about. I went back later and asked another lady for a patch cord and she provided one right away. So, was everything perfect? No. But like I said above, it was clean, safe, comfortable, and convenient. I recommended the hotel to a co-worker. she liked it as well. I'd recommend it again.
Our family stayed here after searching the web for a place that would easily accomodate a family of five adults. It was tough to find an affordable hotel that didn't require us to book two rooms. This was better than we expected. There were two bedrooms and a total of three beds. Also, the sofa converts to a bed if needed. A central living area with full kitchen were an added bonus. The best surprise was the great continental breakfast buffet. Everything you could imagine! The staff was always busy keeing everything in full supply and everything tasted great. Have breakfast on the open balcony and you'll have a great view of Pikes Peak! What a great way to start your morning! Easy access to I-25 makes it easy to get to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, etc. If staying in the middle of the week, you can enjoy delicious complimentaty evening meals which is great for a family on a budget.
The view from the patio was spectacular and felt like a resort. The front desk staff were terrific and very helpful, going out of their way to assist us in any way they could. The house keeping was a problem, they don't plan to come on the weekend and then didn't show up on Monday even when specifically requested to do so. The evening staff at the desk was very responsive and helpful, making sure we had what we needed, bringing linen, soap, and emptying trash (yes, no trash collection for 3 nights with 4 people in the room!), etc. The next morning I spoke to the manager about it and she was not at all helpful or concerned, in fact she was a little defensive and did not offer me any compensation or apology for the inconvenience. If she had been my help the night before or my only contact with the hotel I would not go back again. Fortunately that was not the case. The ladies who served the breakfast were super and the food was good. It was quite wonderful to have breakfast on the patio with the gorgeous mountains in view.
My experience at Staybridge Suites - Colorado Spring \nBest view of Pikes Peak and the Front Range. The staff was professional and excellent customer service. Great breakfast, dinner and suites where very comfortable.
Was disappointed with the interior of the hotel and the rooms. Had a musty smell and carpets looked worn. Rooms were very small and not very nice. Mattress was very hard. Bathroom not very nice. Not enough towels stacked in bathroom and only a half roll of toilet paper. Called the front desk, but no one brought more towels and TP. Had to go to the front desk myself.
From the minute I walked in the door and was greeted. The suites are large and very comfortable. Great Breakfast and the view off the patio of the mountains was the best.
