The Terminal is laid out in three main concourses and two levels that are accessed by elevators and steps. Concourse A hosts Continental Airlines, Continental Express, and Southwest. Concourse B is home to Air Canada Jazz, America West, American/American Eagle, Midwest Connect, Northwest/Northwest Airlink, Skybus, US Airways/US Airways Express, and United/United Express. Concourse C is the location of Delta/Delta Connection and JetBlue. Passenger services include free wireless Internet, USO, and a large group welcome center, as well as a Meditation Room, Business Services, and shoe shine services, among a host of other amenities. Main TerminalThe Port Columbus International Airport is a single terminal that divides into three concourses: A, which hosts Continental Airlines, Continental Express, and Southwest. Concourse B is home to Air Canada Jazz, America West, American/American Eagle, Midwest Connect, Northwest/Northwest Airlink, Skybus, US Airways/US Airways Express, and United/United Express. Concourse C is the location of Delta/Delta Connection and JetBlue. The Baggage Claims is located on the lower level. Outside are a passenger drop-off and pickup zone as well as taxis, shuttles, limos, and local buses. The parking garage is adjacent to this level, providing convenient access to the terminal's two levels. An outdoor smoking area, pet rest area, lounges, and airport administration offices also are located on this level, providing many types of information and comfort sources to travelers before or after a flight. Also to be found here are the Group Welcome Center and Meditation Room. In addition, this is where the international arrivals area is located. The Ticketing area, also called the main level, is where visitors will find airline boarding gates, various retail shops, many guest services, and eateries that include fast food and seated dining options. Here visitors can use the Internet kiosks and locate flight information related to boarding and arrival times of all airlines served at the terminal. The convenient and simple layout make it easy to find whatever you are looking for, and guests can always check at the Information Center or ask an Airport Ambassador for assistance.
