Pros:The staff was very nice and professional. The complimentary breakfast is wonderful.
Cons:Shower water pressure very light.
Pros:We didn't end up staying at this hotel. When we went to check-in we found out the pool/apa was not open. They did recommend another Fairfield but that one wanted the whole amount of both rooms put on a credit card even though we wanted to pay cash up front. We were told that it HAD to be on a credit card but if we wanted to pay cash we could do so when we checked out and then they would issue us a credit (yea...that takes up to 5 business days to show back up on my card....NOT!!) I told this person that of all the hotels I have booked for personal use and busines, I have NEVER had a hotel insist on such a policy. We ended up staying at the Hilton Garden, across the street. It was a very, very nice stay and guess what? They actually accepted cash up front. What a concept!
