The cleanliness, the staff was very friendly, the rooms have fridge and a microwave so you can save a bit by bringing food over.
No free wifi on the room, the shower is no door/curtain style, and water gets everywhere in the bathroom, but looks fancy as hell
The mini kitchen with plates, silverware, and refrigerator. Allowed us to shop for groceries at the mall and save $ from the expensive food in Copenhagen.
The extreme taxes on hotel stays. The taxes was 1/3 the total cost. My last visit to the city.
limited internet access - free only in lobby area
Spacious rooms compared to most European hotels in this price range (beautifully designed & appointed, too). Nice little balcony. There is a grocery store just down the street, so we saved a lot of money by shopping and preparing food in the well-equipped kitchenette instead of eating out at restaurants, which made this hotel a better value than it would have been otherwise for the nightly rate.. Nice breakfast buffet was also included in our rate (very friendly staff in the restaurant). Loved the indoor pool/hot tub.
It was a great convenience to be able to do laundry right in our room, but my only (minor) complaint is that the settings for the clothes dryer were difficult to adjust effectively, despite the instructions provided in Danish and English. After three hours of drying time, our clothes were still quite damp. Then it kicked in to overdrive, dried everything to the point of shrinkage, and steamed up the bathroom enough to make puddles!
the location is good, it is near the the port, and there is bus 26 to the center [about 15 minites drive], itws in a pleasant neighborhood and about 10 minites walk to the The Little Mermaid.
Price does not include breakfast and adding breakfast is very expensive.
Convenience, new establishment, met our needs, very helpful staff. Even though it is not in the centre of Copenhagen it is a healthy 15 - 20 min walk to the centre and a 10 min walk to the nearest train station. A bus service is also handy
The size and cleanliness of the room and the friendly and helpful staff.
The location is in a very dead area of Copenhagen and requires that you take public transportation to return to the center of the city to really enjoy the Copenhagen experience.
Apart from its location, everything delighted us in detail, we had such excellent experience there.
Location is not convenient.
Kitchen in room
There was hardly any stuff to cook food with.
The hotel is very nice, new and quiet. The apartment has all you need there even the washing and drying machines which we didn't use. The bed is so comfortable. The staff there are very helpful. There is a small supermarket just outside of the hotel. We all like it very much there.
It is a bit too far from the city center since we don't like to walk too much. We just take the taxis.
