Price was low
I understand that the price was pretty low, but the hotel was very dirty, inside and out, and the room must have formerly been a smoking room. Not a great value for what it was.
Room was outdated, phone was out of order. Shuttle service to the airport operates after 10am.
Everything was great. Next time we are on vacation that's where I'm going
I enjoyed this hotel, it's was pretty nice for our money's worth and I felt comfortable.
The bathroom wasn't awesome.
Free breakfast was a definite perk. Traveled with 11 people (Young children included) Pool wad clean. Rooms were clean.
Elevator smelled of urine and apparently people spit a lot on the ground there. Grounds could have used a little clean up.
Convenient to highway, restaurants, gas stations and shopping
It was a little noisy on the Interstate side but I should have noticed that ahead of time.
See above. Carpets are filthy
Front desk staff very Courteous
The staff was friendly and sheets were clean.
First impressions were horrible, I almost turned around in the parking lot and drove right back out to get a different hotel. Driving to the lobby you had folks digging in the garage bins, suspicious men walking around the parking lot, hovering and watching you from the halls, broken down cars in the parking lot, all around sketchy looking folks and as a single female I was worried about my safety. Most of these men looked like jail birds. The room cheap in appearance which I assume could be expected based on the rate. I had TV issues, water dripped all night, and looks like the doors were chewed. Bath room tub had a dye ring around it so I appeared dirty and gross. In the end I think I will pay a little more and get a room where I feel more safe, a room that doesn't make you feel like you are in a run down Motel 6, and better accommodations that are cleaner. I wont be staying here again.
everything was great from the room to checking in.
Very limited breakfast items and no where to sit!!!
I think it's great that you're making an effort to be green and sustainable, especially with the towels and sheets! Please keep it up!
I noticed some guests treating the hotel workers, especially the custodians, very rudely. I'm sure the staff experiences this often and I hope there is a way that the management is actively showing all staff members on a day-to-day basis that they are supported and are appreciated for their hard work! Thanks a lot!
