king bed was awesome. clean room
The night auditor did not take the previous stay's wake up call off. woke us up at 7:00a.m. on Saturday morning.upon check in front desk lady was the only person around. she addressed us then the phone rang and we waited while she took one reservation then another call before checking us in rather than putting them on hold.Not terribly bad but longer than you would like. hotel was great

No.1. It is clean, well maintained. Staff is excellent. I cannot say anything negative about Comfort Suites.
Extra sleeper sofa in the room was handy.
Had a trailer and parking was a bit tight...generally a cramped parking lot. Hotel room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room/floor.Would not stay here again. Thought that the area would have had a better hotel choice.

Rooms & common areas were outdated and not aesthetically pleasing. Front desk staff were unfriendly and seemingly did not want to be bothered. Room key had to be re-validated 3 of 5 nites (tho we were pd in full) complete with unwarranted 'lectures'See comments above.
This was a disappointing-stay. Thre office staff member -'Raj' needs trained on customer service and the number to Priceline's customer service ...When PRICELINE'S CREDIT CARDS IS DECLINED- HIS MANAGER NEVER ASKED TO SPEAK WITH US TO APOLOGIZETHIS IS NOT A 2 1/2 STARR HOTEL. PRICELINE'S CREDIT CARD DECLINED. THE STAFF FOR HOTEL NAME'RAJ' CALLED OUR ROOM TO INFORM US. THEN LIED AND SHOULD HE HAD NO NUMBER ON FILE FOR PRICELINE. I WAITED ON HOLD WITH PRICELINE CUSTOMER RELATIONS FOR TO LONG ... WHICH MADE US LATE FOR OUR EVENT.... I FELT THIS HOTEL WAS RUDE AND NOT CONSIDERATED OF OUR TIME WE HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS BECUSE THE FRIST ROOM AS SO DIRTY THE WILL TIRED TO OVER CHARGE FOR THE ROOM THE CARD DECLINED- NOT MY FOUGHT THIS HOTEL SHOULD HAVCE CALLED PRICELINE NOT ME THE GUEST. I MAY NEVER USE PRICELINE I WILL NEVER NEVER NEVER GO TO THAT HOTEL EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The room was clean and the ft desk staff was very courteous the ft desk staff the morning of check out was extremely pleasant.
