Pros. while experiencing rude service from one receptionist ( Ellis) there was another woman receptionist trying to consolidate him while trying to answer our questions.
Cons. i couldn't check in because i am 20 and the minimum check in age is 21. I was upset about that but I respected their policy. my reason for complaint was because there was an extremely rude receptionist at the check in desk named Ellis who was very unprofessional in handling my girlfriend and I. he looked at me funny when he saw us walk in and as we i approached the desk to speak to him he went into the back room when i was directly in front of him. he came back a few minutes later smiling laughing and eating trail mix. when i asked him if we could check in he responded with a mouthful of food asking for my name in a very rude tone. when i handed him my reservation papers and id without even looking at them he said i wasn't 21 and couldn't stay. I then asked if i could get my booking and reservation number from he then responded with another mouth full of food telling me to get it off my email because he didn't want to print it.
Pros. Hot breakfast and evening reception. Swans in the lobby are a unique feature of this hotel. Excellent staff. Great location for shopping.
